He took the long staircase down the house he entered, which opened into a very large basement like area. From what he had read up on, there were quite a few of these areas spread around the country, this one being one of the largest ones close by. He slowly paced through the cages, looking for what he thought would be a decent helper for his new home.
A week ago, his Uncle had died, leaving Alexander to a very hefty fortune and Mansion, because he was the last survivor of his bloodline. All he got with it was a Maid to help him around the house. But in the last week, she proved her incompetence, and he fired her promptly. Now, he looked through the cages, looking for a good slave to purchase for the job... and maybe more.
His blue eyes peered to every downtrodden face he saw, females in varying degrees of undress and a few males as well, though he kept his gaze away from them. His hair was short, brown, pulled back. His face a smooth angular feature that was the defining point of his bloodline. He hadn't lost his own sense of morals, mostly, still in the new money stage of richness, so he was wearing jeans without a designer logo and a simple white T-shirt.
