I communicate OOC with partners via Google Hangouts or Discord. I am on literally every day. I love talking to my partners; in fact, lack of OOC is the death of roleplays in my opinion!
I am on US Central time, but I sleep from 5am to 3pm most of the time, so consider me a nocturnal vampire (or maybe a night shift worker).
