Hyrule Palace
In between every war of good verses evil, there was always a small fraction of time that was devoted to peace. It was necessary in all lands, giving time for the creatures and beings that lived there time to recuperate, and the balance of peace and war would be sustained. On this sunny day, today was in the mist of peaceful times, and even though it was during peace, the days to follow for the palace were anything but. Though the Hylian Palace had been rebuilt, it appeared that the inhabits have been having problems upon problems shoved at themâ??all of Hyrule required the aid of the Queen and her decisions to reestablish what had been destroyed during the war.
However, today was not a day of break for Queen Zelda, as a flicker of light descended from the heavens and onto the land. The glowing presence landed in the field just outside of the castle, casting a glow and warmth in all directions as the light disbursed to reveal a girl in her late teen years. Her vibrant blonde hair fell over her shoulders like rivers of light with soft waves that curled her hair around her form and illuminated her bright green eyes. As a demi-Goddess of Light, Nova wandered the land in hiding from the darkness, searching for new playmates to entertain her as she traveled and took note of the inhabitantâ??s behaviors.
In her early years, one of the first Sages of Light had told her to observe the people around the land, so that she would understand the people and beings that she was suppose to protect once she becomes a Goddess. However, as years went on, Nova found that she would rather flitter through the planes and just live life as a half mortal; finding fun games and learning new things. She had many lovers in the centuries sheâ??s lived, the males that declared themselves warriors for light that would warm her temporary bed. But as the years grew on, she found herself searching for someone as a friend to talk to and play with rather than someone to warm her bed. Men were no longer exciting as they had been during her hormonal years.
In the passing of the Marketplace, she had heard about the Queen being overstressed and thought that it would be nice of her to go visit Queen Zelda. After all, Zelda was also her â??subjectâ?? in essences, being one of the creatures that roamed the land Nova was suppose to watch over and learn about. So with a wrinkle of her nose and a twitch of fingers, she had zapped herself to the front entrance of the castle. The guards were on duty as always, so she does another wiggle of her nose and flashes out of sight before the saw her, and into the castle.
Poor guardsâ?¦wouldnâ??t want to get them into trouble, but you canâ??t really fight against magic that way~ she mentally giggled, skipping threw the fields of the Palace and towards a small garden facing the thrown room. â??Now, where oh where would she be?â? Nova wondered out loud, looking around to find the Queen. She was almost sure the Queen would be in this area, since it was rumored that she loved this garden. With a small sigh, she folded in her wings and decided to wait here until Zelda appeared. The Queen was bound to come around here sooner or later, and once she did, Nova would keep her company. Queen Zelda needed to relax, so maybe Nova could keep her company, such as the other friends she had made previous who've all seemed to relax in her presence.
