Question Linking

How does one go about inserting a link in a post with a text acting as the link rather than showing the link itself?

In the bar above the text box you'll see a 'chain' icon (between the font size icon, and the picture icon) alternatively you can press ctrl+k this will open a box. In the first slot place your link, and in the second add the text you want to be clickable, then hit insert. Bam, you're done!
