So Era and I are working on something that is off BM. Mostly cause we can't get all the details and everything done on BM. Not the fault of anyone here. It just makes it easier. It's kinda of a "Fuck all, lets throw some random characters together and see where it goes!" kind of thing. If you would like to take a look...
This is what Era has to say about The City...
It is an unstable spirit world, inhabited by mortal humans and all manner of spirit beings, where the realms of imagination bleed through easily, and characters of fiction are so commonly seen (if even for a short time) that an agency known as Outworlder Affairs has been formed to assist them.
The primary hub of this world is known only as The City due to it's nature. It is an amalgamation of all the major cities of the mortal world, where the Eiffel Tower and the Chrysler Building both look down on the French Quarter of pre-Katrina New Orleans, and the shopping districts of Tokyo lie alongside London and the Las Vegas Strip. And as easily as walking through a door people can find themselves stepping from those cities on Earth into The City, and getting lost in it's wonders. In fact it is where many of the world's unsolved missing persons have gone. It is also just as easy for residents to find themselves in a world from literature or cinema, or any other existence held together by the imaginations of others.
