Issue Conversation Access Error

I have a particular private conversation with a particular partner, one that we took a brief look at right after the site software-conversion, but have left alone until now...and for some reason, now my partner cannot access the conversation. It is not appearing to them in their conversations list, and giving them a link to it gives them a "could not be found" error. On my end, they are still listed as a conversation participant.

Will PM whoever on the staff I am directed to with the exact thread/partner details.

The may have accidentally deleted it.

Try sending them a test message over it. If it bumps back up, that's what happened. If not I'll need to know the conversation ID. No one else can help you.

I did send messages on it to them and they aren't seeing it, that's how we figured out there's a problem. And apparently I'm not the only one, partner has also lost another convo with someone else.

Sending details over PM now.

And has deleted+ignored several hundred conversations, apparently.

They'll need to contact me directly about it.
