Hey there, lovelies! I’m Scarlet. Here is my Menagerie-Specific Request Thread. For the tldr; I have an enormous menagerie of characters that I am looking for someone to have a series of one-shots with, going through the stockpile. One of my characters and one (or more) of your characters get together in a short one-off story, tumble into a sex scene or two, they part ways (or not), and we start over with another pair of characters. Get it? Good.
Please read my thread in its entirety. I know, it’s wordy. I know, my humor is gods-awful. If you're interested, bear with it. As I will only be taking one or two for this request, I want to make sure we’re perfect for one another. Be sincere with me as much as yourself -- if you don’t like my wordiness or my terrible sense of humor, we probably won't be good together.
Just so it's said, I do not give an absolute fuck what kind of genitals you are sporting in real life. You prepared to play some hot dudes for me? We good. We so good. Now prepare to read, captain! Let’s start with the important stuff. Key points at end of each section if you're skimming to see if we're a fit.

Here’s the big kicker. It’s why I put it first. I get really. Fucking. Busy. It is absolute balls. No matter how rabid I am to write, I may inevitably be drawn away xyz. I have a lot of things going on in my life and this is entirely for fun -- I am under no illusion otherwise. While I will try to get a post in at least once a week, there is just no guarantee that that will happen. I may even need to take breaks, if I’m losing grip on things. I need someone who is fully prepared for that. I can make no exceptions. That said, I will absolutely return the favor. I will never push you or threaten to leave if I don’t get a response for some time. I will never call you out if you’re posting for someone else, but not for me (seriously, it doesn’t bother me -- you do you, boo). I’ll let you know if I’m just not feeling it anymore because of time passed, but it’s unlikely. I may check in on you after a few weeks. You are free to do the same. Feeling dried out on our stories? While I’d love to be told so I’m not left waiting (especially as I’ll only be taking one or two for this), I am totally ditch-friendly. Honestly.

Phew… okay. Hard part’s out of the way. Still here? Fantastic. Onto Creativity. Sometimes I’m so full of ideas, my mania kicks into gear and I’m frothing at the mouth with potential scenes. Then sometimes my brain has taken an early vacation without notice and I’m just a hollow shell. You are totally allowed to be within the parameters of both states, but just for this reason, you gotta’ know that the story can’t rely on me alone. Or else it’ll be stuck on a setting of meth-like speed for all of a few weeks and then hit a nice molasses crawl. Even if they’re bad, even if they’re all of one word descriptors, please contribute ideas, present scenarios - just give me something to know that those beautiful gears are spinning.
As we are going to have several stories occurring one after another, we do not have to design plots of epic proportions. This is clearly to have fun, to play from character to character, to stretch our mental wings! No idea has to be the singular most beautiful thing you’ve ever designed. You could contribute as simple ideas as, “Okay… so there’s this funky tavern on the edge of the wood that they meet at…” You’ll have me hooked.

Most of our roleplays will occur in a high fantasy world with crazy, out-of-control, stupid bonkers shit going on. I like the typical magic, dragons, and greedy gods setting the world ablaze at any single moment. For Farmer Jim, getting raided by goblins is honestly just a Tuesday. I do also have characters that reside in fantasy steampunk settings, modern settings, a very specific dystopian-fantasy setting, and science-fiction settings. There is a small section of characters that could work in any of these settings. Strict realism is just never involved with me. I like off the rails stuff, man.
Settings as for where the role-play itself will take place, I only roleplay by private messages.

Now that you’ve got the gist of how things will be, let’s talk about the request. I have an enormous list of characters. I am presently working on a ‘master list’ of which will be small descriptions of each of them. Once we verify that we like each other as partners, I’ll share this list, and you’ll be free to pick whoever seems interesting to you. Once you do, we’ll come up with a short plot, you’ll toss in your character, and aawwaaayy we go! Simple as that. As I’d still love some eyebrow-singing erotica on top of fun plot, I’m hoping to have at least one sex scene per couple. They don’t have to fall for each other -- could be straight up lust, hate-fuck, or maybe after a particularly harrowing adventure together, they really just need to feel alive.
On the subject of feelings -- what if we end up liking a couple and their story really well? I am open to the idea of having a normal long-term role-play alongside the one-shots where they be our stars.
Let’s talk about your characters. I am, indeed, looking for different male characters -- not the same one every time. I’d love to see all the different designs you can come up with, too! You can still have repeats -- maybe one of your characters had a very interesting reaction with one of mine and you’re just dying to see how they’d react with another. That is a-okay. Your characters could be ones you’ve had stuffed in your pocket for some time or you could make new ones for every story. Either is good with me (just, preferably, original characters only). Onto some shallow stuff. I like strong, handsome, good looking men. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ That doesn’t mean they all have to fit into the cookie-cutter shape, though. Large strapping ones, svelte androgenous ones, a dashing halfling, a smoldering orc. Young bucks, silver foxes. Anthromorphs, humanoid monsters, dragons, gods, tieflings -- as long as they’re a little lean and ‘good looking’, you can play whatever you’d like. Same with personality!
How about my characters? Still being shallow, I’d like to also think of them all as ‘good looking’. Their body types swing wildly. I don’t have any rail thin ones (just not my preference to play), but I have curvaceous ladies and lean ladies and indeed have muscular ladies as well. My sincere desire is that you like all of these body types. Skin color, hair color, and eye color also spatter across the spectrum. Some are pierced, most are tattooed. Some are human, many are not. From fox spirit shifter to stormy sorceress, their types vary wildly. There will inevitably be some crossover -- it will quickly become apparent that I have ‘themes’. The only thing that I do not play are virgins and innocents. I know that those are not mutually exclusive, but I do not enjoy playing either. Please do not ask me to. Otherwise, I believe the menagerie presently numbers 40+ as a low count, so you’ll have a wide array to choose from. Let me know if you have favorite traits! I'll keep an eye out for characters matching what you like.
It is worth noting that I am not looking for FMF with any of them and would only like to play one at a time. You may play more than one male character, if you’d like, but I am only asking for the one.
How are we going to go about this? After you sift through the rest of the information (you’re almost there! thank you for being awesome!), you’ll find three characters. Let’s call them ‘starters’. c; If a majority of them seem at least a little interesting to you, then it may be good indication that you’ll like my characters in general. Pick one of them and we’ll start up a role-play. If you or I quickly discover that we don’t really work well together or if we don’t like each other’s writing, then no harm, no foul. If we're good with each other, but our characters don't line up so well, same thing. It was a quick one-shot that we put a little thought into and can put behind us. If, after a little bit of interacting and trading posts, we seem to really hit it off, then I’ll toss you the master list (at whatever stage of completeness it is) and you can pick another character from there. Or, if you ever have an idea for a short or a craving, I can matchmake for you. c:

I have for you an F-List! I've set it up a little differently than most. Everything on the Favorite list is a Dealbreaker. I am requiring that you, as my partner for the master list one shots, be good with all of the favorites. The 'Yes's are absolutely negotiable, but not the Favs. Some items will be frequently applicable, some will be rare. Here's some highlights.
Chemistry
I am looking to sweat. I am looking for my characters to sweat. Whether your character is sexually dominant or submissive, I don't care, I want to see them make my ladies hot and bothered. Whether it's what they say or what they do. I want to see active desire, teasing, flirtatiousness, all threaded through our writing. Make even my most forward women wish they could pause to fan themselves.
Femdom/Female Control
Before you get too excited or frantically mash the back button, please let me clarify. I am not referencing the BDSM aspect of this. While I can do such related things upon request, I am just talking about the female character being in control during the sexual encounter. I don't really like emasculation, humiliation is a case-by-case, I just like her having a sense of control. There are few things hotter for me than a small, sweet dom bringing out the vulnerable passion of her big, strong sub, willing and eager to please her. I also just got reeeaaaal sick of sex scenes only revolving around the dude. I found it just wasn't what revved my engine.
I do have different flavors of femdom, depending on your own interests. (Just a heads up that many of my characters taste like at least two of these.) PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK QUESTIONS -- I'm still defining/discovering these flavors for myself.

They both want to be top, but they've got to roll around and fight for it. Oh, the absolute horror. Absolutely amazing when both characters involved are Service Tops.
No Female Abuse
Extreme humiliation, degradation, smacking, punching, etc. It's not my thing. If you would like it done to your character, that is up for discussion, but please treat my ladies well. EXCEPTIONS: Butt spanks, hair pulling, general roughness during sex, hand around the throat for leverage is a-okay. Always feel free to ask. (Abuse/violence, of course, meaning sexually; story-related violence is fine.)
No Pregnancy
Internal cumshots are my absolute favorite, but pregnancy is a no. Many of my characters even have stories of how they can’t become pregnant. There will be no finding ways around it. Please don't ask. Ruts, heats, or a male character thinking they can impregnate her is totally and completely fine.

So because I’m being a picky cunt about all this stuff, you would get just… heaps of heaps of worthless brownie points from me if you send me a sample of your writing in your first message. I’d like to see beforehand if we would possibly click style wise. I will provide my own below (and more upon request, if you’d like). Here’s the thing. I really like quality and quantity. I freaking looooove details. And I love words. I normally write bucketfuls of them. However, lately, I am looking to write shorter than my norm. This would mean about a page to two in Google Drive, if that’s any indication. Anywhere from 600 to 1500 words in a normal post, mayhap? I may end up blurting out more if I’m particularly inspired or less if we're having a quick back and forth, but I’m looking to write short to better ensure reliable posting. I would prefer that you are easily able to do the same (and am happy to read more than that if you’re also feeling inspired, or typically just write more).

singwyth of casthorne, the witch.
[ fantasy ]
Born in the muddy swamps of Casthorne in the most unfathomable of ways, Singwyth has always been an odd bird. Brought forth into this life as an adult, it was the spirits of the land that taught her all she needed to behave like a civilized woman. It was them, too, that taught her powerful magicks, of which she harnesses frightfully well. Though necromancy was commonplace for her, she quickly learned that it frightened the local villagers, and she became a thing of legend. It was only ever in her interests to help those that needed it, and she desired to put her powers to good use. After years of ‘preparing’, as well as anyone can in the company of the dead, she set out to see the world and face all its beauty, as well as its cruelty.
- A teasing, sultry little thing with powerful witchy magic, as well as some necromantic control. Travels and does small, odd jobs to help those around her.
- Appearance: Noticeably small at about 5’0”, Sing still has rather luxurious curves, and well shaped thighs to accommodate all her traveling. Pale red hair adorns her crown and her eyes are as hazel as blossoming brambles, set on skin that is pale and creamy.
- Suggestions for your character: A guardian character of some type that presents himself as the ‘brawn’ to protect her; a witchhunter who finds himself unable to bring her in; a man she has found and saved from the brink of death.
lacey solomon, the bounty hunter.
[ steampunk/high fantasy ]
Like many of her group, Lacey was given freely at a young age to the State in an effort to free the world from the rebels. They educated her, funded her, and trained her. As a star pupil, she was removed to be perfected for their newest plan, their most covert of creations: The Children of Heresy. She did this willingly, with debts promising to be settled and a future promised to be given. She was a naive girl then, and she would not admit that until much later. The furtive nature of her kin, and their denied existence, allowed the State to secondhandedly do as they pleased. When someone blew the whistle and each heinous act was revealed to have the Heretics behind it -- from chemical warfare to seamless destruction -- the State dropped them and all affiliations faster than a burning iron. After being silently pardoned, some of her brothers and sisters violently rebelled against the injustice, but Lacey herself only vanished into the night with her automatonic partner in tow and no intentions to return home. Not quite sure of her place between the bottle or the alter, she pays her penance by using her abilities to hunt down the damned and do what menial labor she feels necessary to make amends.
- Has powers revolving around force, and a large, wise-cracking automaton partner named Belfry.
- May need someone a little more forward physically/sexually for her to be coaxed from her shell (won't take too much). Would work well with an affectionate dom, though she also easily takes control all her own.
- Appearance: Strong but curvy, tall at 5’10”, dark brown hair to mid back with side swept bangs, often up. Skin is tanned, eyes are a pale green with noticeable red-brown spots. Random freckles along face and body. Arms and top of her chest are tattooed in fashion of the Heretics.
- Suggestions for your character: Could be a Heretic from her past or even one she has not met, but they recognize one another from their tattoos; could be a criminal she's hunted down and has convinced her not to take them in; someone hunting down Heretics that finds a soft spot for Lacey, or has to work with her to eliminate a mutual threat.
ashlynn rivera, the wine wolf.
[ modern fantasy ]
Born to the alphas of one of the oldest werewolf kin of the west coast, the Rochdales, Ashlynn has enjoyed a relatively peaceful and rich life. Her parents have instilled in her a strong moral compass and a desire for love as powerful as their own. Well educated, she has moved from her pack in their beloved mountain town to downtown LA, selling the finest wines this side of the States -- of which she helped personally make! It's a big move, but Ash is fierce, assured, and armed with all the high self esteem of her personal accomplishments. She doesn't let the personal trauma of her past cloud her present vision, and will do anything for the people she cares for. Dark times are mounting, however, and she will undoubtedly have to rise up as alpha of her people.
- I go with the werewolf form being a big, hulking lycanthrope, standing on two legs. Forced change during nights of full moons. One can be born as one or can be changed into one. We can get into more details, if you'd like.
- Appearance: A curvy 5'8", Ash's skin is a dusky caramel. Black hair is currently cropped into a cute, short cut, framing cunning, chocolate eyes. She has some tattoos here and there, and her collarbones are often decorated in a necklace with a fire opal droplet.
- Suggestions for your character: Let's get simple -- a hunter, another werewolf, a demon, whathaveyou that lurks in the monster underworld! Throw in an arranged marriage in there, or a mounting threat. Maybe an investigator sniffing out murders, who is or is not aware of the supernatural.

Quick note about faceclaims that isn’t super important -- sometimes I use them, often I don’t. I’m an artist… not a very good one, but one! So I am more likely to doodle my characters. May doodle more than that, if I’m inspired.
