Bast had had been enjoying her visitation with Morning Claw though, she knew her friend saw through her fatigue, and that she didn't have the energy she usually did, as she had asked her friend to stay and recline with her in her great golden Pyermaid, her loyal body guard a demoncat queen shapeshifter called Ruby, or Ralis when her demonic side was in control. Was serving them today with both glasses of milk. "Oh Morning I don't know what to do Seth is not doing his job guarding Ra and has left me to do most of the work. I sometimes regret ever accepting the gift the guardian of all things gave me to take to save my home world. But I suppose had I not, then I could restore the life my sister destroyed."
Morning Claw glanced at her friend, and thought to herself, I shall tell seth exactly what I think of him, when I next see him outside of your wall my dear friend. "Bast I think if anyone needs a vacation it is is you. How ever I know you cannot do exactly that. Because you feel compasionate towards every one, even those that were jerks to you in the last split of good and evil. Though how you came to know Belial I shall never understand. Though I guess I too need a vacation and if nothing else I know the right male for you will come to you eventually. You just need to hold out a little longer."
Bast smiled weakly at her friend. "I have long given up hope that mister right will come. I fell in love once a very long time ago Morning Claw before I became a goddesss, and he was taken from me. But even so I will never trust my heart to another. And if by some miracle someone should win my heart then perhaps there is a chance a small one that I will find another soulmate among the realm of the gods and goddesses. But being that I brought Belial to this world to help in the last war to stop the infighting. Many of those so called god and goddesses still blame me for contacting a demon lord. It is why they banished him as they did before I could stop them. But if it had not been for Belials magic and helping me create the wall of good deeds, which remains strong, even as seth has tried to tear it down. No evil thing may enter my domain if they mean harm to my children or myself. That is why vampires who dare cross this threshold become powerless, and revert to a human form.
But I tell you this my friend please go and visit Egypt, you will love it there, and perhaps I think you will find what you are searching for. I ruled there many eons ago and every once in awhile I visit that temple that still honors me for there are some of my children who still maintain that piece of history and worship me on their home turf." If anything it is you who owes the goddess of Felines a much needed apology if I were you I would start offering an olive branch as a peace treaty and you know there is only one way to do that. Because if I see her energy and health start to go down even further I will personally make sure you pay in your desolate lands for it." Those had been the last words Morning Claw had issued to Seth as she had left the realm of the cats, and when the goddess of the weather, had had enough storms could brew up around her that were violently and deadly.
So opening a silver portal she disappeared to the great nile, hoping that Seth would think hard and long upon her words.....
Bast left her temple and transformed into Her neko form, her golden yellow eyes were weary today, and as the silken cloth brushed against her human like body, she smiled as she picked up one of the young kittens that had come across her today. "I have always enjoyed your playfulness young one. But today I simply wish to run my hands through your young soft furr. It reminds me so much of the home that I can never go back too." She went on to pet the little kitten, until she put it down as it ran off tell its friends that the great cat goddess had spent some time with her. How ever eventually she back to make her way down to the great library that was guarded by to giant sized winged lioness out in the front. When her ears detected a commotion at the wall or near it.
