StarDust had taken notice that Bast was no longer guarding or protecting Ra, neither was Seth who was busy trying to court the goddess of felines. Her work pitting those together had been great fun, but now she had more pressing concerns, she would finally be able to meet with the great sun god. And hopefully get alot of their misunderstandings out of the way. She was lonely and didn't want to govern her lands by herself any more. She loved her children but at the same they could not provide her the one that she she needed an that was a mate. Her and ra would be so perfect together as they were the most powerful beings in the realm actually.
Approaching the great river in which she knew Ra usually floated down, she waited to see if she would catch a glimpse of him there were times when he was done with work that he occasionally relaxed by the river doing nothing and she was hoping this would be one of those times. The guardians were not near by and so she might have a chance at speaking with him. It was only as she approached the great river that she her eyes noticed the shadow of wings flying over the land several distances away. Her slitted eyes narrowed was Ra actually flying or was he using his eagle eye sight to keep an eye on her. If she proved that she wasn't a threat perhaps he wouldn't attack her out right though she had been unable to communicate with him in the past she would have to try. She had grown stronger in her powers so perhaps now she would abe able to say the words she had wanted to say, back when she had started that war so long ago. Of course back then she'd taken on a male form to incite every one to take the single females although there had been that one female goddess that had been married that to brother gods had fought over. She wondered briefly if one of them had succeeded although Bast had only gotten involved when the fighting had reached the realm of the animal gods and when that happened some of the single male animal gods had gunned for Bast being the youngest of the goddessess to join egypts pantheon.
Evetually she reached a nice place where a rock was placed just right and she reclined on it letting the sunlight glance and wam her scaled body. Knowing the sunlight in this realm was brought by ra himself so he would know she was here. Wondering when the great ra himself would get curious enough to descend to speak to her.
