Queen Crystal Pyrina glanced at her home, she was in the war room, while she was watching the events unfold from the safety of her castle, the last remaining dragon kingdom to fall to the army of humans, who had finally made their way into the Kingdom of Myth, where mythic creatures of legends and dragons of old had lived in harmony for eons. But because of accidents in the human and elven kingdoms the dragons had long ago cut off contact with the human and elven world. So only a few who could take on the shape of other beings like herself remained an fewer still were those who had learned the language of the elves, the dragons after many thousands of years from having no contact with the outside world had devised their own language system.
So they no longer spoke the common tongue of the mortals, how ever for angelic dragons like herself speaking a new language took some time, even with her angelic blood lines, how ever as she watched the remaining few comrades of the man make it to her castle and slaughter her remaining guards she knew that she would have to do something in order to flee. But first she would hear out what the hero would have to say. After all she would have plenty of time to escape and there was a reason these people had invaded her kingdom. It was rich in resources that the humans needed and if they couldn't get the dragons to agree to allow them to take what they needed then they were going to take it by force either way. But it also stimed from the fact that everyone thought dragons were evil incarnate and could not be trusted, and for many they thought they should be eradicated at all costs.
And so Crystal shimmered into her crystaline throne room, reclining in her more humanoid form, as her talons dug into the arm rests for she would listen to these humans even if she could not understand what they spoke of to her. But try she would.
