This could be a one time thing where a girl takes the opportunity to be a slut while no one knows it's her. A sexy looking trick or treater being drugged and kidnapped. A masked costume party where two people who shouldn't hook up do, such as siblings or something like a teacher and a student. One last one, maybe a Halloween mistake ends up getting a girl blackmailed and turned slave.
It's that season of the year, let's have fun with it.
With a more specific plot in mind then all my general BS here it is.
A lone young trick or treater of highschool or college age is trying her luck in free candy. All dressed up and looking promiscuous. Is tricked into coming inside for a moment while he goes and get's another bag, only to grab her, tie her up, have his way with her, and blackmail her with some fun with himself or possibly a dog to make her come back again or reveal pictures and video of it on her facebook. It's so easy to find people with an ID and a name.
Another idea is a young trick or treater seducing a father alone at home who's giving away candy while the wife is out with the kids.
