You are married to my twin brother and we look identical. Living with you (either as roomate, or a bum whichever fits your kinks) my brother is sterile and invetro is way too expensive. So you both ask me to help out. After a couple tries, i get you pregnant. You both raise the kid as your own. I grow jealous of the affection and love and the fun we had making the kid. I convince you to have another. Again you have another kid, but now I'm in love with you, but you don't feel the same way.
(There are two ways this can go)
I can convince you to have a third kid but get snipped before hand so you will just keep trying until eventually you find out and you either have fallen in love with me or kick me out and stay with my brother.

I can impersonate my brother and trick you into sleeping with me making you think that I am him. Until you get pregnant a third time and figure out it was me the entire time.
