Step mom date to Frat Party

Step Mom / Step son. You go with me to visit my possible new college. I'm 18 and going to college at the end of the summer. The college is a few hours away so you come with me and we get a hotel room while I spend the next few days signing up and doing what's required. But also I applied to join the popular frat. The last night there they have a party at the frat house and all those who applied must come and bring a date... the date is required and sort of a test if they can get a girl to come with them. No one knows you are my step mom so I tell you about it and ask you to go as my date... but we can't be mom and son that night until we leave.
