Hey everybody! I've been on here for a minute, and decided I'd make another request thread with some updated interests of mine! I've only got two rps going, so I wanna do more and make more friends! I'm looking for MxM only, and I also will NOT play purely dom characters. I play switch or sub characters, and I HIGHLY prefer switch characters. I tend to play characters that can gauge a situation and decide if they need to take charge or let their partners have the reins, so if you're a dom that hates a little fire cracker in your sub or you're a sub who only subs 24/7 hop on out of here. That being said, here are some other little need to know things:
-I roleplay via threads or PMs. I don't give out my discord unless I really like you and wanna rp with you more often.
-I usually reply at least once a day, unless my partner slows down. I give what I get in timing, both because if my partner slows down that tells me that they're busy, and gives me the freedom not to rush and to not put pressure on them to reply to me asap. I WILL reply more than once a day though, if you're ready to rumble and shooting back replies.
-Until you tell me so, I will usually assume that you're having a good time and just busy with real life. I'll usually check in on my rp partners, but there's more to shit than RP so don't be afraid to let me know what's goin' on.
-I only do original characters, and I prefer my partners do too. OCs are just where it's at for me, and if you message me asking about a fandom rp, I'm gonna ignore you.
-That being said, if you email me about a fandom universe in which to put our OCs in? I'll be a little more susceptible. I'll list what I'm into later in this post.
-I DO SWITCH CHARACTERS. ONLY SWITCH CHARACTERS. DO NOT ASK ME TO DOM FOR YOU. If you are a Dom looking for a sub, I can make exceptions because I know myself well enough to know I'm not going to send anybody a post that says 'he moaned' and leave the dominant character to do all of the work in every situation. But I've had too many bad experiences with people who only sub, sorry.
-Turn ons are: Vampires, shapeshifters, humanoid anthrops, plot. Everything else? Fairly negotiable. I built my characters with kinks based on what I think will make them interesting, not just based on what I personally find sexually pleasing.
-Turn offs are: People who control/move my character, nondescript posts, boring/flat characters, being told how to build my character. If any of this is going on in our rp, I will give you a warning, if it's not fixed, I will ghost your ass. I don't got time for any of this, I rp for fun not to teach anybody how to write.
-I love me some smut, but I will not indulge in smut that isn't based within the plot. The fun part for me, is these two characters and why they're doin' the dirty, not writing the sex itself. So expect loads and loads of wild crazy fun sexy times AFTER we've established our characters, character dynamic and given our lovelies some (or heaps of) sexual tension.
OKAY, so. Here's what I'm looking for:
Historical Fiction:
I would love to do time period pieces with gay. My favorites are really ancient settings, ancient Greece, China, Japan, Native American tribes, Aztecs, like hit me with it, let's do some sexy sexy research. I'm not a stickler for accuracy but it is fun to consider cultural norms and build in obstacles based on the culture and nation our characters live in. I'm also totally down to integrate magic/fantasy elements overlaid upon these. Having characters with racial differences, different cultural norms and even a language barrier are super fun.
Vampires:
Anyone who already knows me on this website knows I'm obsessed with vamps. I'm down for most vampire plots, because I have a great time turning the long lived expectations of vampire relationships on their heads. So you wanna do vampire/blood slave, vampire/vampire, sire/fledgling, vampire/human, young vampire/older vampire, I don't even care, JUST GIVE ME THE VAMPIRES. I WILL SAY YES. I also have a great time deciding when and where and how vampires exist, so if you wanna twist the lore and discuss it being a congenital disease or how long vampires have to live before they're immune to sunlight, I'm so down to clown. Demons, angels and other supernatural characters are also hella fun, but vampires are the top tier for me.
Anthros:
So this may be a little 'elitist' but I'm not a huge fan of writing furries- I do like anthropomorphic characters, where they had traits and characteristics of the animals their associated with (especially the crazy you know whats down there haha what fun) but I personally don't enjoy writing characters that are so divorced from being human that they're not bipedal or are covered head to toe in fur. That being said, your character can TOTALLY be furry, live your best life, but my character won't be, both because I'm not a fan of going THAT far animal, and because I prefer to make reptile anthros lol This issue for me does not count for shapeshifters or werewolves, I'll go whole hog with that, but if they're just anthro, I'm gonna lean more on humanoid with animal traits. That being said, any sort of society conflict would be great, two different races of anthro at war, a master/slave dynamic, one found the other in the woods injured and decided despite a prey/predator dynamic to nurse said predator back to health, like hit me with it, I'll probably be down.
"Fandom" with hard quotes:
I like to draw from fandom universes, not characters, so here's some places I'd be down to stick our original characters in and see what happens.

-Skyrim
-Bloodbourne
-Repo!The Genetic Opera
-West World
-Game of Thrones
Chess:
So this is for those hard core, around all the time, down to write that shit rpers. This also leaves open for MxF and FxF in my book, because this would be an rp where we both wield multiple characters. Big war, Kingdom of White, Kingdom of Black, each character is based on a piece from a chessboard. We can discuss further if this intrigues you, just hit me up and we'll make the magic happen. I'm looking for love across enemy lines, intense battles, secrets and betrayals, crazy powers based on the piece each person is, like, this will take some planning and dedication, so don't pick this one if you ain't ride or die, fam.
As far as rather vanilla MxM stuff, here's a little list of scenario's I'm down with. These all of course can be blended into the aforementioned things I like:
