Its been 2 weeks since Ariel had enter this gamer like hell. She had always thought that gaming was a way release stress but now Ariel realizing she had made a grave mistake. The one place she thought was her refuge was now the very thing that could kill her. She needed to be cautious with her life in this game. For if she would die within the game she would die in the real world as well. The only thing that can be done to give anyone hope is to make it to the 100th floor and to beat the final boss and survive against all odds. Rather the odds be monsters or fellow gamers .Death could be caused by either.
- A 15 hit original sword skill. Target is hit with seven consecutive stabs in a straight line from the top left to the bottom right. The user then draws their sword back to perform another seven consecutive stabs in a straight line from the top right to the bottom left, perpendicular to the prior seven. The two lines together form an X shape with their fourth hits overlapping. Finally, the user performs a high speed spin with their body and uses their entire strength with that added momentum from the spin to perform a last, magic infused stab directly at the intersection of the cross-shape created by the former fourteen strikes to induce elemental damage as well as physical damage.
Two weeks, all it took was two weeks and him having to kill a fellow player for him to start playing seriously. He'd been the very first to log in to the hellhole he and others had found themselves in, and had been one of if not the last of the players to actually start trying to clear the game. Due to apparent outside assistance, he already had some powerful equipment in his possession. Which made traveling to the next town almost painfully easy.
During the time he was was traveling, he managed to get two scrolls that allowed the creation and the copying of an original sword skill. He decided to use the creation scroll, since it expired after three days. That new sword skill proved invaluable to him as he beat a wandering boss with it during a side trip, while earning him an early reputation for having an OSS so early.
So, when a server wide NPC castle siege quest popped up for all players, people were already taking about him at the taverns on the currently accessable towns. Most wanted to get their hands on his original sword skill but others were chattering about the upcoming seige, trying to strategize on how to beat it. He was in no way interested, but he decided to go anyway as he knew the experience from the siege would help.
Of course, that meant dealing with people. Which he hated to do. Either way, he knew he'd need a partner or a party soon. So he visited the city the tavern in the of Varris to test his chances. Which he was sorely disappointed that he had when he entered the place, as he saw a male Orc player smack an female Elf player on the ass as she walked by.
"You know she might hurt you for that, right?" He called, outwardly calm while internally seething as the Orc player flipped him off.
You better hope she does because I'll make you wish you were dead if she don't., He thought, feeling himself preparing to cause some gravitational chaos in the tavern.
Ariel was in the Tavern drinking her ale as she fed her dragon scraps of meat as he rested upon her shoulders while she sized up her compaction. Her skills were well known however there were always fools out to test her might. Gossip always circled around how could such a beauty really be so fierce. Ariel picked up her mug of refilled ale and headed over to a quite corner. She was stroking the tiny head of her dragon with her slender finger tips as she walked across the room. She glances at the door only for a second and saw a Tall sliver head man entering the tavern. As she looked away from him a large Orc slaps her upon her ass. She stops as anger begins sweep over her as the sliver hair man warned the Orc. Never the less just as the large muscular orc flicks off the sliver haired male ignoring his warning. Ariel swung around with lighting speed shattering her oversized mug of ale across the orcs face. Then used her free hand grabbing her blade and slicing the orcs hand clean off as it was still holding up the middle finger. " Scum do not place your hand where it doesn't belong. This will serve as a warning but if you ever be so bold again you shall pay with your life." She then walks out of the tavern as her dragon hisses at the orc while he is left screaming in agony.
"Wow.... Not bad...." He chuckled, that influx of magic in him vanishing as he watched the Elven woman walk away after making the Orc , "Woman after my own heart...."
There was nothing here worth tapping into. He knew that after a cursory look around the tavern. Everyone whom showed promise were very arrogant or just not interested. It annoyed him a bit but he knew that guilds were starting to crop up. This was just the preliminary processes of it. He'd join one only if there was someone he felt he had to protect on it.
"Stop him!!" He heard the injured Orc yell as he turned to leave, a sigh leaving him as his path was blocked, "Milk what he knows about that Elven witch whom dared raise a blade to me and take all he has!!"
"Think you can?" He asked innocently, his tone betraying the sudden aura of calamity he radiated, "Alright, How good is your health regen?"
~Random player~
"Holy shit!!"
The player had just passed an elven woman and her dragon walking away from the tavern when the tavern suddenly seemed to explode outward before imploding in on itself. Miraculously, nothing else was damaged. But it made the player dash back passed the Elven woman as though someone was trying to kill him.
"Nope... Nopenopenopenope!!!!" He was shouting, stumbling comically over himself as he past the woman with his words running together, "Notdealingwithwhateverdidthatshit!!!"
