My character would be in a nightclub or bar, and be seen by someone who mistakes him for someone else. Overpowered and drugged by them, he wakes up at a spot in a bad part of town, dressed up in latex and fetish, or a prostitute, or something themed, an Alice in Wonderland outfit even. With a wig on, breast forms, and his cock locked in a chastity tube, he's left to somehow find his way out of the neighborhood and back home, but is picked up by a passerby, who decides to keep him as their companion and playtoy, perhaps unwilling model and star of underground films.
