I have a few characters I'm really looking to play right now. I have a few plots in mind for each character, so I'll outline all of them below.
Clark Kent: I have kind of a craving to write a version of Clark before he becomes Superman, perhaps transitioning into that role during the course of the story. As for who he pairs with, I'm pretty flexible on that. I'm a big fan of Lois Lane, so that is certainly an option, but I love OC pairings as well. My favorite one right now is someone from Smallville or someone new to Metropolis who discovers Clark's secret. Perhaps she sees him use his powers to help someone, but agrees to keep the knowledge to herself when she realizes how damaging it could be if the information got out. I had also toyed with the idea of Lex Luthor's sister being the one to discover Clark's secret. She could be struggling to deal with Lex's growing dark side, and could value a partner who has such power. Of course, it could also be a reporter or police officer who discovers a string of last minute, seemingly impossible saves in the area.
If we wanted something a bit more kinky, I'd also be up for exposing Clark to red kryptonite, exposing his darker desires a bit.
Thor: I have a couple ideas I'd love to try out with Thor. My biggest desire here is to play him opposite Sif. Sif has loved Thor for as long as she can remember, and while Thor values her friendship, it has never been more than that. Since everything else has failed, Sif finds herself taking on more and more dangerous missions, hoping to prove herself worthy of Thor's affections through valor. Unfortonately, one of those missions proves a little too dangerous, and she finds herself captured by a group of Asgardian rebels. When Thor confronts the rebels and saves Sif, something changes. Seeing her vulnerable like that sparks something inside him, and for a few seconds, Sif sees the lust in his eyes that she has always claimed. It is crazy, but perhaps if she found herself captured again, she could recreate that feeling.
I'd also be willing to try a Thor/Jane Foster pairing, retelling their first encounter and developing romance.
Other Options: I'd really like to play opposite a Catwoman or Felicity Smoak. The obvious connections for these characters is to pair them with Batman or Green Arrow, but I'd like to push aside the obvious for now and try something completely different. What if Catwoman had come to Star City looking for some rare diamond, and found herself facing off with Green Arrow instead of Batman? What if Lex Luthor hired her to steal kryptonite, and she ran into Superman?
For Felicity, I'd really love to try a pairing between her and Superman. The basic idea is that she left her position at Queen Consolidated and took an IT position at the Daily Planet. She could instantly be drawn to the nerdy Clark Kent, and perhaps they even start a relationship before she realizes he is Superman. Or perhaps she does some digging into Lex Luthor's finances as part of a story, only to draw Luthor's ire and require Superman to watch over her. I'm open to ideas on both of these.
