So, I've been sort of itching to dip my toes into using dice rolls to add a sense of randomness and progression to a long-term scene, specifically when it comes to sexual exhaustion, and by extension expanding one's sexual stamina in almost a 'training' sense. Taking a character who is relatively inexperienced, and tires fairly quickly, and having what is certain to be a rather plentiful number of lewd, messy encounters build both their confidence and their endurance to the point where they can more than hold their own. I've tended to avoid competitive dice games because that introduces a level of randomness that at times can feel almost disjointed, with things swinging wildly back and forth between the two sides. So instead this would be using stats and a certain degree of randomness to determine just how quickly a scene plays out, how much progress a character might make, just how much better they did than last time. In essence, they would be competing against their own personal best.
Now, this is very loose idea and needs a lot of tweaking and adjustment, so people responding should probably expect a healthy dose of brainstorming on the mechanics of it to go along with brainstorming an appropriate setting. Any numbers I present here could be considered placeholders, as specific numbers would determine things like potential pacing. But the broad strokes would go as follows;
1) A character starting their journey from the bottom of the pile would have a measly 8 stamina points.
2) When entering a sexual encounter, every time the character orgasms, they would roll for a number between 1 and 5. The size of the roll would determine a) how many points they should subtract from their stamina points, and b) the size/intensity of the orgasm the character experiences. Think the difference between a wriggling, huffing but fairly minor release, and a squealing, gushing, thrashing mind-melter.
(As a side note, whether orgasms would also somehow be determined by rolls, or be up to the player, or happen with some rote regularity, is up to discussion! Adding a second layer of dice rolls adds some complicated elements to the pacing, so it'd need some proper chewing over.)
3) The lower their relative stamina level gets, in terms of percentage, the more worn down, disheveled and generally exhausted the character would get. When their stamina hits zero, they pass out or are otherwise unable to continue, ending this particular scene.
4) How many times they were able to orgasm in the scene before passing out will be added to their subsequent stamina pool. So if they came three times before passing out, their pool in the next scene would be 11. And if they then came four more times, the next would be 15, etc.
5) Now, power creep is something that occurred to me, and I was thinking a possible fix might be giving different sexual acts different dice rolls. Like, what if rolling a D5 was just for fingering, and a D5+4 was for oral, a D10 for a vibrator with added + modifiers depending on the setting it was put to. There are lots of small fidgety mechanics that can be fleshed out.
6) Another thing that occurred to me were penalties for excessive negative stamina; like, being pushed to 2 stamina points towards the end, and then shoved SCREAMING off the cliff with a vibrating strap-on fucking that pushed you to -8. What if it had consequences to physical stamina or mental coherence for the next scene or two?
But yeah, just a smattering of random thoughts and idea! Really, looking for a partner who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty with the mechanics of it as well as the narrative elements. I think something like this could be well suited to a setting wherein the character is motivated, for whatever reason, to improve their stamina and essentially seek out opportunities to 'train' their body's endurance. It's worth noting that for something like this, I'd be willing to DM as men, women, and women packing extra, but would like to just play against women!
On another note, partners willing to play more than one character would be given much love, as it would add some more variety to the matchups than just 'X Number Of People vs. Same 1 Player!'
