rena beamed up at the building that loomed before her, it was to be her new home. she couldnt wait to find her room but she was nervous to meet her roomate. shaking her head to forget about it for a moment her long chocolate brown hair waved and shone in the sunlight. she was of medium height and slight frame, but she was also very different for she was part fox. her tail swished behind her in time with her hips as she lugged her bags inside. going all the way to the end of the hall she was on the first floor in 127. opening the door she stepped into a fairly small room but it was big enough for two people to fit comfortably. flopping her bags down she layed down on her bed and closed her eyes to cool down from the day's heat.

Kotaro walked up to the dorm building, smiling slightly, he had spent a few hours in a car to get here, thankfully he could rest now. He was just above average height and had dark brown hair then reached down to his neck, two fox ears of a lighter brown stuck up from the mess of hair, his tail was the same colour as his ears, it was a little big, and bushy like his hair. He walked along the corridor, looking for his room, 127, he pushed open the door and closed it, suddenly noticing his roomie was already here. "Oh, hello?" He said, walking over to his bed, she looked like she was asleep, so he started to unpack.

rena had been almost asleep when she heard a soft voice greet her. she awoke with a start, jumping and nearly falling out of her bed. "oh god you scared me!" she put a hand to her beating heart and tried to breath evenly again. as she opened her eyes she looked over the new commer and smiled, he was a fox as well and rather good looking. her tail swished as she held out her hand to him, "hello my name is rena...and you are?" she blushed lightly.

He smirked a little as he heard her exclamation, evidently he had just ruined her chance at getting to sleep. He extended his hand and took her's, shaking it a little more roughly then he had aimed, his muscles still a little cramped from being in the car. "Nice name, suits you.. The name's Kotaro, nice to meet you" He smiled genuinely, she was cute... Hot even, he looked forward to getting to know her, it was always a good mood to become friends with people you lived with after all.

she smiled and nodded in greeting, "nice to meet you kotaro. sorry about not being awake im just so tired from the drive.." she blushed and cut off what she was saying, noticing that he seemed exhausted as well. "perhaps we should get some dinner before we unpack,then maybe we could get to know one another better?" she suggested as her stomach growled in agreement. giggling to brush it off she tilted her head to study him, but not too closly as to seem rude.

He smirked a little as he heard her stomach complain, feeling a slight pit in his stomach as well "Yeah sure... Where is the canteen anyway?" He frowned slightly, scratching his ear thoughtfully and heading over to his bag, the school had send a map of the school along with other details in the letter, so it should be good enough to guide them. After a moment he turned back to her "Kay, I know the way, shall we go?"
she blushed lightly knowing that he heard her stomach but at his question realised that she didnt know where it was on campus. "ummm to be honest im not sure." she replyed but by this time he had found a map and knew where it was. she nodded agreement when he asked if they should go. "yes lets..im starving" she giggled and gestured for him to lead the way.
He did a mock bow and gestured to the door "Oh no, ladies first I insist" He smirked. Once they were out of the room he walked back down the hall, exiting the main building and crossing the large grassy area in the center of the complex. He glanced behind to make sure she was following and came to a small building, entering and leaving the door open for her. After a few more turns they came to the canteen. "Here we are!" He said a little triumphantly, making a few people nearby look at them.
she smiled and nodded her thanks as she exited the room and waited for him to lead the way. on their way over he kept looking back at her and she just smiled and waved, "im still here." it didnt take too long to reach it but when they did get there, she wanted to crawl into the floor from embarasment when he announced their arrival with excited frankness. "i can tell, but why so loud?" she asked, her face colored crimson.
He ignored the smirks from the nearby students, he didn't care whether he looked funny or not, he glanced at Rena and grinned "Because it makes it more fun!" He turned and headed over to the serving area, he took a tray and moved along the line, taking some chicken and mashed potatoes, along with a small portion of carrots, vegetables weren't really he favourite food group. He glanced back to watch her, seeing what she picked.
she giggled at his antics and nodded her agreement, life was far too borning sometimes and one had to act a little wild and crazy sometimes to livin it up. "ok you win." she smiled sweetly and picked up her tray, looking over what they had and decieded a taco sounded good, the potatoes and some peas went together and she grabbed a glass of milk. following him around she smiled when he looked back at her tray, "what did i pick up something i shouldnt have?"
He smirked "Nah, I'm just curious.. Now then.. Where to sit.." He cast his eyes around the room, a small table near a window had noone on it "How about that one near the window? The small one" He asked her, turning around to look at her. Some students were still glancing at him but overall the attention towards him had died off, he was sure he'd pick up a reputation for the class clown or something like at his last school.
she smiled at him and nodded as he looked around, as if trying to find someone he recognised. she sighed softly to her self but remained quietly polite, "oh thats fine." she found the table he was referring to and walked over towards it. it was small but nice, away from prying eyes that scared her sometimes. she set her tray down and settled into her chair. as she munched on her food she looked over him, his face, particularly his eyes intrigued her.
He smiled and followed her "Cool.." He sat down opposite her on the table and started to eat away at his food, seemingly just randomly picking part of his meal and putting it in his mouth, as though he couldn't decide where to start. He glanced up and saw that she was looking at him, he smiled a little "What? Is there something on my face?" He rubbed his face, looking back at her, finding her face to be very pleasing to look at all of a sudden.
she blushed as she was caught staring at him, "oh ummm..no theres nothing on you face." she smiled sweetly and finished her dinner. as she ate she thought about what it was going to be like having a male roommate, a blush colored her from the neck up and made her tail twitch slowly with pleasing thoughts. after a moment she came out of her stupor and stood to take care of her tray. "that was deliscious, but now im sleepy." she giggled and walked over to take care of her tray. she didnt realise that as she walked she had a slow but noticalbe swish, almost as if she were dancing and although she didnt notice it many of the males nearby did.
