the year was 2028 the moon and mars were being colonized in mass. The earth was reaching critical mass in terms of over population. Sex crime and sex trafficking were growing rampantly out of control along with a record unemployment rate something had to be done. The doll collar was the answer laws were passed into effect women were randomly selected from the population at first those whom were not employed incarcerated, or heavily in debt. the collars were designed to force obedience and were linked to the wearers brain via nervous system controlling pleasure. eventually more laws were passed allowing the formation of agencies in charge of selecting girls via random process. like with all agencies there are those in power that abuse it.
