I'm so damn confused right now and it's for a minor reason but why in the heck does my profile say I have given one thanks?

I didn't even know that it was possible to actually give/receive thanks as I have never seen an option for that anywhere.

It was an option up until 2016, I believe. I don't think you can even tell when and where you got them. It was short lived, because it became a popularity contest, if I recall.
