About me

Male, in my 20s, English is my second language (I will try my best but there might be some grammar errors here and there), Europe time zone (but I don't care which zone you're from). I've been roleplaying for almost 10 years, and I am still hooked to the concept of building characters, plots and letting stories grow with the input of both me and my partner.


Rules


1. Quality. Just try your best and put some effort onto your messages. I will do the same. I tend to match length but a minimum is 2-3 good paragraphs. I might be willing to go for shorter exchanges, but never one liners. This makes purely smut role-plays

2. Frequency. I tend to write a post per week, sometimes once every two or three days. If I am very excited about a particular part and life allows me to get some extra time, I will be more active. I do not expect any frequency from my partners, you post whenever you can, and that's fine, life comes first. I'm also ghost friendly so no hard feelings if you just need to disappear. I prefer if my partners take time to deliver a matching quality post rather than throwing out something for the sake of it. I won't post unless I'm feeling excited about what I'm writing.

3. Communication. I do not want to be the one leading the story all the way through, and I expect you to bring your own character to our story. I will not play a character designed by you and I do not expect you to play a character designed by me, and I will not control your character so please don't control mine. You are expected to have your own ideas, bring them up and include them in the plot. The best way to do this is to keep OOC communication going. I'm friendly, I swear!

4. I only play on site. That is, thread or pm. Have been persuaded to use discord for OOC by very nice partners, though.

5. I mainly play MxF pairings. They just work better for me. But if you have an interesting plot for any other pairing, don't be shy! I might be willing to try it. In general I also prefer human-like characters with human-like attributes, and on the side of realism.

6. With respect to Dom-sub pairings, I prefer to play switch dynamics (or non D/s at all). I can definitely play Dom and sub characters with the right partner, but I do require the posting dynamic to go as follows:
My post 1 (or whoever starts): Setting the scene. MC does something.
Your post: YC reacts to my character's action. Your character does something.
My post: MC reacts to your character's action. My character does something.
Etc.
I am tired of D/s dynamics where the sub literally only reacts. It is not fun to play for me.

7. I strongly welcome the use of images, face claims, anime, gifs... Anything, really. But not as a substitute for words, only as a complement.

8. I'm not sure plot/smut ratios make sense for me. I am here to write stories. Short, long, short which become longer, long plans which end early... And some plots contain more smut, some contain less. Obviously I'm here to play out erotic scenes, but whether we get there or not depends mostly on how we play things out. If you want smut straight away, come up with a plot which justifies it.



Kinks

I am not comfortable with big age differences, daddy dynamics, incest, explicit violent bondage and watersports, furries, and child-like characters. Here is my f-list for more details.
In case of doubt, if you are going to try something which you think I might find uncomfortable, please let me know before.

I have no problem with most stuff, and if I do, I might just ask you not to write it explicitly if I find it disturbing.

Apart from that, as long as there is a reason in the plot for something to happen, I like it.

A major kink or just thing I enjoy when roleplaying is a certain degree of uncertainty. Not knowing whether things will work out or not for the characters is exciting, and if you come up with a plot where something about your character is hidden and up for me to discover... well. That's just wonderful. But I understand not everyone is into that so I'm also fine with full out planning and laying all cards on the table.


Plots

These are just some ideas I have come up with. Please feel free to ask me to change them up or adapt them to your requirements, I'm happy to do so.

1. Changed
Our characters have been married/dating for a while, and they enjoy the typical life of a couple. Everything seems to be going well for them, until one night something changes. Your character discovers an unexpected sexual drive in mine, and a loving of the more darker and kinky fantasies which comes completely unexpected. From that night onwards, every night it just seems like he is a completely different man from the one she used to date, but in the morning he is as sweet as ever. What happened to him? Will she be able to confront him about it? Will she enjoy or welcome the change? And most importantly, will she discover its origin? (if you wish, we can plan out the reason why he is like this, or I can keep it a secret for you to find out).

2. A good enough reason (I can play both sides for this one)
Character A is trying to get into a religious organisation, characterised by full dedication to worship, and absolute celibacy. They are very convinced that this is what they want, until they meet character B. At first it might just be some teasing, but the tension grows and perhaps character A betrays their principles for the first time. But it only gets worse. Character A's world is completely upside down and now they can only look forward to future meetings with character B. Why are they doing this? Does character B really love A back, or is there some other perverse motivation behind? (I easily see character B being a demon, or simply a twisted human, but also happy for this to be a lighthearted romantic plot).


3. Double agents
A 20th century war can not happen without coded messages running through, spies, assassins, and all of the secrets being used as weapons to throw down empires. Our characters are in the middle of it, but on opposite sides. My character is well prepared, researched, and out to seduce and conquer your character's heart, only to have them spill all of her secrets. But he does not know that your character is seeking exactly the same. How long will it take until one of them finds out what they want? And what then? Will they let the other go free? Will they develop feelings in the process? This could go many ways, and can be spiced up by adding third factors related to the overall war and so on.

AI x Human (blade runner/Her/ex machina/westworld kind of ideas) - how much free will do robots have? how different from a human are they really? can they feel love or is it all just a lie? with some purpose?
Star wars universe - the concept of light vs dark side is very exciting to explore
Post apocalyptic survivors - playing with the idea of being forced to stick together
Superheroes (Marvel & DC, or OCs) - really like the idea of secret identities

Fantasy
Elf x Human - exploring the idea of different lifespans, cultural difference, etc
Knight x Sorcerer - the brute vs the fine, one is just used to break things, the other twists them...
Knight x Thief/Rogue - righteous vs sneaky
Magician x Witch - again, similar idea of light side vs dark side of magic
Werewolf x Hunter/Witch/anyone (no bestiality) - I like the concept of werewolves as characters who are not fully in control of their actions for a while
Vampire x Anyone - vampires are dark and sexy
Curses - again, more dark themes, secrets, etc

Fandoms
With fandoms I can play OCs or canon characters, but I expect there to be a relatively strong focus on the world building which as already been done for us. If you just want to play high fantasy then it's not a Lord of the Rings fandom RP, it's a fantasy story. But I do think it saves a lot of time to go straight into an already built world and have fun in it.

Co-workers /worker x boss -power dynamic, taboo, having to keep things secret, and maybe risk of being caught?
Intercultural - exploring cultural differences as a barrier to overcome is always exciting
Musicians - I love music. That's it.

Mythology
Angel x demon - strong good vs evil, Dom/sub and just very cool power dynamics
Isis x Osiris - if you don't know this story, it's beautiful and I'd love to play these characters out
Greek gods and creatures (any) - this includes both making our own plots or recycling myths and retelling them with our own versions of the characters
Valkyrie x Thor (traditional) - norse mythology is also very cool but I know less about it
Athurian myths - the knights of the round table sharing secrets, evil witches or noble ladies, this setting is absolutely wonderful
Genie x lamp finder - the control of the finder over an extremely powerful creature makes for an interesting setup.

I love to design plots from scratch with people who are interested in playing with me. If you see anything which catches your eye, let me know. I want to hear about your ideas, your interests and what you want to get out of this roleplay. In particular, I want you to contribute to the story. If you don't have samples lying around, I might ask you for a writing sample, as this allows me to get a better idea of how you play and whether we can work together.

Another bump! Might be interested in something short with higher amount of smut.
 
After two years away... I might be ready to start another roleplay. Bumping this, might edit it in the following couple of days, but my preferences haven't really changed too much. Perhaps looking for something short-mid term to start with, but open to cool ideas.
