Through the crowded halls, where most students laugh, slam lockers, or walk painstakingly slow paces, there was one that seemed to have no intention to do anything but make it to her next class, even if it meant being the first one there. Skylar had become somewhat famous among the school as the teacher's pet of all her classes. She was always the first to arrive and last to leave. The one who always had to her hand up for every question and always turned in her homework and extra credit in on time. If she wasn't working on something school related, then she had her nose in a book or drawing. Naturally, she was one of the top students and every teacher that had her in their classes had nothing but good things to say about her. Just as naturally, it also lead to her being teased every now and then. Luckily, it never really escalated to anything physical. Every now and then a student would intentionally whisper loudly when she was nearby telling a friend how Skylar was a teacher's pet and would do anything to make her teachers happy and keep her grades up high. Other times, students would roll their eyes and sigh loudly the second she rose her hand up to answer a question. Soon enough, she was banned from raising her hand to give the other kids a chance and to make the rude gestures and comments every time she tried to answer a question. She was safe in the classroom for the most part, the only danger she really got into anymore was getting a lazy partner for a group project and had to do all the work herself. It wasn't like Skylar was friendless either. She made friends from all different groups, even a few jocks. Most of her friends were from her art class and it was always fun being with them.
In truth, Skylar was a very charming girl and a very kind one too. Whenever someone needed help with their homework, she always offered to help them and she made friends easily. She was also rather pretty too, enough so to get asked out a few times, but only ever having one or two successful dates and just didn't have time for a boyfriend or a girlfriend. Skylar had long, midnight blue hair that reached all the way down her mid back with gentle side swept banes across her forehead, nearly covering her right eye. Her eyes were more of a sapphire color that sparkled with life and happiness. Peaking up on the top of her head was a pair of violet, triangle shaped ears with lavender stripes like the rest of the fur on her body. Her muzzle was short and cute with a little pink, triangle nose and a couple of whiskers. Her muzzle and undercarriage was black as the night and were particularly fluffy parts of her. For being sixteen, she had a rather impressive body. Her breasts were heavy and perky with hourglass curves and a plump firm rear where her long, fluffy tail flowed and gentle moved behind her. Despite that, she always seemed to be hiding it by wearing hoodies and jeans all the time, but it was still noticeable, just less so. Nonetheless, while she was a beauty, her focus was on her smarts and even art when she had free time, which wasn't often.
Skylar was making her way to her next class with a couple of textbooks in her arms that were normally in her backpack, but decided to give her back a break from the heavy weight. Besides, they were the books she needed for her next class, which was her favorite. She loved her teacher in her next class. He was always so kind to her and always had something interesting to talk about. She would always spend a couple of minutes after his class just to talk about everything and nothing all at once before having to get to her next class. She didn't know what it was about him, but he was always a joy to talk to and easily her favorite teacher out of all the ones she's had. Skylar was the first student to his class as always and made for her desk at the front of the class. She sat her backpack down and put her books up on her desk. Noticing that she had a little extra time to spare, Skylar reached into her bag and pulled out her sketchbook to finish one of the drawings she had started for her art class and was eager to finish while she waited for her teacher and her fellow students to arrive.
