Your character is a well-known doctor. Well respected within his field and the hospital. My character is one of the other Nurses and your wife. Due to long shifts and things getting in the way in the hospital my character will do whatever it takes to keep there marriage going. Whenever things become quiet she will go to his office to have alone times. Sometimes could be found naked to spice things up a bit or turn on her husband. Could even have sex in more public places if that's what turns you on. Same with drugs. Due to being a hospital, there is the opportunity of cheating with a younger woman. or experimental drugs.

A virus hit. There is only a small number of women left on earth but none of them can have children. If something isn't done quickly the human race would go extinct. One women got kidnapped to be an exsperament and try and save the world.

Privert isolated hospital or so it appears. In reality its for training sex slaves what are then sold on. The place has everything a man can desire including hidden rooms set up as dungeon. Till they are aloud out they are locked up in there cell.

They say you can train a slave in a place you hide in site others go into hiding. The better you train your slaves the more rewards that come your way. Once exsperanced enough you can buy your own slave or join groups that find them. What's big opmoney on the market. Bigger once trained.
