Its been a few days since a furry escaped from the holding pens. A jackel was racing through the dead leaf cover grounds as she still bore the collar of which was used to harness her down. Her long ears twitched as if to pick anything up. Her sharp blue eyes kept an eye out for any movement. Her kind was captured then sold off to people who found them cute or abused them in so many ways.
It had rained that morning so the ground was slippery with her paws hitting the soaked ground. Her breathing came in pants but in moments she ost her footing and went tumbling into the muddy creek ahead of her. Its been awhile since she ate but she laid there with the mud covering her legs, chest and stomach. Overall a mess.
Shivering as she managed to get to her feet and traveled down the creek bed, hoping her tracks would wash away. Shivering as she rubbed her arms trying to get warm in these northern lands. Aiko looked to the skies seeing it was thick with gray clouds and she was beginning to wander if she'd find her way out of the thick woods. After running away she didn't grab any blankets to help keep her warm as all she wanted was to take off. There was a snap of twigs that caught her attention.
Aiko stopped in her tracks as her ears went in many directions as if to locate the sounds. Not wanting to take the chance she climbed the bamk and took off away from the direction the osund came from. Thin branches lashed at her face making each strike sting like hell.
