She could have a boyfriend or be engaged when the accident happens. Does she remain with the man that her old self loved, or by messing around with her boss causes things to change? Your character may realize guys paying more attention than before. This could create twists and tfit the story. Hypnosis could be used as well with brainwashing.
A kidnapping that changes a quiet shy sweet innocent plain Jane virgin that a doctor would love to use on her. She attends high school, college, or works a lot due to being single. The kidnapper changes things for her. She could fall in love with her captor.
