Hi!

What's the difference between 'General Original' Roleplay section and 'Taboo' roleplay section? >.>

Both seem to allow sexual content, are there other requirements for threads to go in one or the other?

Taboo includes extreme fetishes like incest, bdsm, furry and the like. The general section is limited to vanilla themes.

Does Taboo also count as 'Smut-heavy' Rp's? Or that detail can go either way?

No, both sections are expected to contain explicit sexual themes/content. Just the sort of fetishes differs. You can write smut heavy/story heavy in either section.
