I was thinking it could be a thread where the brother decides to take control of his sister. Maybe she had an incontinence problem, or something of the sort. The diapers would be a part of the punishment, perhaps she is told to keep her pants dry and then he does something to make sure she can't so he puts the diapers on her. Chastity could be another form of punishment for not keeping her pants dry, or really anything he wants it to be. I am perfectly fine with suggestions, or ideas! PM me if interested.
