A little bit about: Although many things had happened to Amy she is still quite the innocent type of a girl. She loves arts and is really good at it. A bit of a klutz at times but quite a sweetheart that tries her best to be a good person.

~~*~~

Amanda Meyers, a seventeen-years-old girl currently living on the streets. Her parents died when she was young and was taken in by her relatives. They were never good to her but the line was overstepped when they wanted to sell her into a marriage with some old, rich man to earn some money. Since minors didn't have many rights in this country.. it was a possible and kind of legal thing to happen. The minor belonged to their family until there were of age. Because of that she run away from home and started to sell her paintings.. but soon was found by them and needed to become a homeless girl to be sure they wouldn't find her again. She struggled to survive but it wasn't easy.

Sitting under the bridge she wrapped her arms around herself. She liked that place since the wall there was kind of warm, probably some kind of pipe going through it. The jacket she was wearing was a little bit tattered here and there but is was mostly clean, showing that the girl tried her best even in that kind of situation. Her hair were combed and face only a little bit dirty.

Then she saw someone coming closer. Tensing up she was ready to run.. but the tall and handsome man passed by, not giving her much of an attention. And then she saw something dropped from his pocket. A wallet.
"Hey.. Mister! You dropped something", she called, taking it into her thin, long fingers and running after him, or at least walking fast. "H.. here.."
Amy couldn't help but be curious why someone like the man would walk in such a neighbourhood.. He obviously was well off, even the leather, elegant wallet showing it. Sneezing loudly she muttered apologies, taking few steps back, being a bit startled.

Name: Eric Williams
Age: 35
Height: 186 cm
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Hazel

At some point, Eric's life had ceased being peaceful and simple and started being lonely. It had crept up in some ways, appearing for a while and then fading away, but each time being a little stronger and lasting a little longer. Most nights he spent alone in his apartment, re-watching old shows. Most of his friends had moved away or just gotten new jobs and fallen out of contact. So he'd just kept working, money saving up due to lack of a social life to demand it.

That night he was out walking largely just to get out of the apartment. The decision had been made in haste, and while he had thrown on a jacket, he was quickly becoming aware of how cold it had gotten outside. His hands were half-numb, and he hadn't even noticed when, in an attempt to fish his cell phone out of his pocket, his wallet had flopped out onto the ground. Were it not for a call from behind him, it would have been lost for good.

When he first heard the call, he turned suspiciously, suspecting some sort of scam. It was dark, after all, and he hadn't been aware of dropping anything. He cautiously walked forward as she held up a wallet, recognizing it as he got closer. Upon getting closer, he also got a better look at the finder. She was cute, certainly enough to make him feel more than a bit embarrassed at his clumsiness and had him wondering what she was doing out. "Thanks," he said. He took the wallet from her and brandished it for emphasis. He felt self-conscious, and looked away nervously, which allowed him to see a blanket in the corner. Things quickly clicked into place. Now he knew why she was out on a cold night. And now, looking at her again, he saw the holes in her clothes and matted hair. He opened his wallet to pull out some cash, but he didn't have any on him. "Um...could I buy you something to eat?"

She glanced up at the man. He looked like a nice guy. Friendly.. and not one of those dangerous ones.. or perverted. Amanda was about to answer it was fine and she didn't need anything but her belly grumbled once again, making her blush. There was a longer moment of hesitation before she nodded her head.
"I-if you could..", she muttered, now that she was thinking about eating feeling a bit weak.

There were so many things one needed to get used to when on the streets.. and one was making sure you ate whenever you could but without falling into someone's hands. Amanda thought that if she would be an older guy it would be way easier to survive.. less opportunities for something to go wrong. For example she wouldn't wake up on every louder noise, no one would want to rape an older guy. Things like that.

Looking at the male up and down she realised just how much bigger he was than her and hoped that she wasn't about to get herself into some kind of troubles. Still.. eating something warm and fresh sounded as great as it possibly could.

"Okay...yeah." Eric nodded as well, a bit uncomfortably. The offer for food had been an unthought reaction to not having any money on him, and he was feeling a mild twinge of "buyer's remorse" now that she'd accepted.

He looked away, staring off at the town around them. He ruled out fast food since he would worry that she would think he wasn't willing to take her somewhere decent, and she could use a real meal. He wanted to eat inside since it was so cold out, but didn't want to go anywhere too nice since he'd be getting weird looks for someone dressed like her. In fact, he'd be getting looks anyway. She looked young. "Um...how old are you?"

Amanda didn't really notice any kind of reaction coming from the male but at the same time knowing how he could feel about walking inside any place with someone looking like her. Blushing a little she rubbed her arm nervously, thinking of what she could do to make the other comfortable so he wouldn't run away. Maybe he thought she would say no? And being with someone so well dressed rubbed in her face the situation she was now in, making her feel kind of miserable. The question caught her by surprise, not sure what to think.
"I'm seventeen.. and it's fine to buy me some fast food.. I can wait here..i-if you would feel awkward", she muttered, not looking at the male, feeling really small and alone at that moment.

Obviously she was not presentable. While Eric wasn't wealthy, he was compared to her, and he was upper class enough to feel self-conscious about a sub-par appearance. Of course, he also had enough status to feel guilt about that, and didn't want to admit that he felt uncomfortable being seen with a poor person. Fortunately, she'd given him a way out. "Well, with you being a minor, you really aren't allowed out unless with a parent. So it's more that I could get in trouble taking a minor out after curfew."

He shrugged, having likely said enough, but too nervous to stop talking. "So I'd like if we could eat dinner together, maybe talk a bit, but just not without dragging in some random minor girl."

Nodding her head in understanding she looked to the side, rubbing her arm nervously. Was the man about to report her to the cops? Or something? It was hard enough to hide somewhere so no one would find her... Seriously, the law in this stupid country was so ridiculous for the minors.. it was unfair.. Looking cautiously at the man she shrugged, blushing a little bit more while looking on the ground.
"I am a random minor girl though.. so it's fine to buy me something and let me be", she muttered, taking a deep breath and trying to relax, at the same time making sure to pay a close attention to the male and his reaction, him causing her troubles was the lest thing she wanted at the moment.
