The Javelin was a sleek, fast starship. The three decks made up for a wide variety of activities. The top deck has the airlock along with a set of relaxing areas. There is a small pool, a billiards table, a bar along with a few private rooms for watching movies. While a small area, this is where some of the crew let of some steam.
The middle deck is by far the largest, bigger in size than the other two put together. It had several different crew quarters, the engine, the med bay, a gym and shower, kitchen/galley as well as a holding cell for any bounties being transported. When the doors are open to the engine room, a loud hum fills the deck. The med bay is polished and clean, reflecting the light as someone cleans it regularly out of either duty or boredom. The kitchen is well stocked and has a small table with five seats. Everything is stored in tight containers in case of a gravity failure. In the two large pods of this, cargo is stored and transported. Via this deck is how crew members enter and leave the ship.
The bottom deck housed the bridge and sizeable captain quarters. The bridge had five positions for people to sit at. The chairs were a brown leather with gold accents on the trims, worn with usage. The front most chair was the pilots. An array of controls and read outs of the current and relative position of the ship mapped out the console ahead of it. The dash was a little messy, with some food wrappers, nick knacks, and other oddities laying around and a bright bottle of water sitting in the cup holder. Navigation sat to the far right. These screens were map charts, descriptions of planets and systems, along with a detailed reading of the current surroundings. This chair had some purple fur sprinkled around as if decorations on a cake. The weapons controls sat between the two. Controls to the various armaments the Javelin had at it's disposal were housed here. A forearm strength grip was placed in the cup holder for the occupant to work on her grip strength. Sensors and communication sat on the opposite side of the pilot. This area would be able to interact with other vessels, either by scanning and assessing them or by verbal communication. A headset hung on a hook dangling next to the chair. There was also a half filled out cross word puzzle laid on the controls. Behind the pilot's chair in the middle of the cockpit was the Captains chair. It had a few read out panels for useful information, but was strategic in the center of the room for quick communication between crewmates. Slightly behind that was the holo-table, able to give a visual representation of scanned ships, incoming calls, and future flight plans.
While an impressive ship, the Javelin was home to a crew of six bounty hunters that formed a group called the Onyx Company. They all had distinctive styles and personalities as well as positions on the ship. The first would be located in the engine room, adding a whistle to the hum of the engine as she worked. Shy, and a little reserved at first, Femi Tinko (NSFW) kept the ship moving. Her knowledge of the inner workings of the hyper drive and all components of the ship were integral to the company's survival. She could be found in overalls most of the time, painted with a wide spectrum of grease, oils, and other mechanical lubricants. She is a friendly person, but likes to keep to herself. Having spent the majority of her time isolated in engine room, she doesn't have the best social skills. Femi enjoys spending her off time watching movies and reading books.
The next member could be found either at the sensor/communication station on the bridge or in the medical bay. This would be the older and wiser, Penenth Vali (nsfw). While Femi keeps the ship going, Penenth sees that the crew is in a similar state. She works at the sensor/communication station when in alert status, but really waits around in the med bay for something to happen. No body's perfect and Penenth is no exception. She has a selfish streak to her and becomes bored easily. Her blue hue accents her medical clothing as well. She is often jotting down notes when speaking to people, or perhaps just doodling as their conversation turned stale. When not on duty, she is usually at the bar on the third deck.
While it's important to keep the ship running and crew healthy, it's often important to make sure other ships don't. That is where Jax Simmons (NSFW) comes in. She mans the weapons both on and off the ship. Her military training has created a very regimented personality and made her adaptable in any situation. She was rescued from certain death by the captain and vowed to serve him faithful as a crew member. She wears tight form fitting military attire most of the time. Her short hair is a relic of her army days and is practical for away missions. When off duty, she is either training in the gym or at the pool.
To keep the ship on track and get to where it's destination lies is the crews navigation officer, Dearizi Linva (nsfw). She is spunky, upbeat and thoroughly enjoys the missions that the company undertakes. Expressive at heart, she enjoys cooking for the crew as well. She maps the voyages and researches where the crew must go to find their targets. With this comes a love for most every culture, as seen in her vast manga/comic collection. Along with that is her room is often littered with different clothing and attire. She is the most casually dressed often changing styles mid day. When not at her post, she is in her room or in the galley working on something tasty.
To better communicate with the ship's AI, the crew purchased a droid crew member to voicalize the ships needs. They decided to name her Siren (nsfw). She does not have her own quarters, seeing as she doesn't need to sleep. A recharging station is located on the middle deck where she will go for 2 hours a day. Other than that, she is found on the bridge mostly, taking the task of whichever crew member is off duty or not around. She has a very stilted personalty as the computer AI has not been upgraded with a specific selection. She is adaptable and capable crewmate, but is often blunt and unaware of social norms.
Finally, there is the ships pilot, the cocky Rue Vilton (nsfw). Being a pilot takes a certain degree of confidence and self-assurance, both of which Rue has in spades. Almost as if her fiery personality somehow sept into her hair color, Rue has vibrant red hair, often pull back in a pony tail. She is competitive and strong willed. She is often wearing a flight suit zipped half down, even though this type of ship doesn't require that. When not at the helm, she is usually working on her billiards game or playing something else in the social area.
