And that includes women who aren't interested in him. He likes to kidnap and photograph them, dig up dirt of them, catch them stealing or doing other socially bad things before trapping them and delivering them an ultimatum. Do what he says, or not only will he take what he wants, he'll also reveal the dirt. Now Devon doesn't exclusively target lesbians, although they are definitely on his menu. He will also go after stuck up brats and girls who turn him down. Pretentious artsy snobs, female heroes too busy to deal with guys even when they have super powers, he will literally Lex Luthor them into submission. Jedi, Ninjas, Cops, Military girls, he doesn't give a shit. He is set up for any kind of roleplay.
