Today i realized something, i thought I could be in this role play and act in a way I wanted to as long as no one was offended by it, but I guess I was wrong, I think I'll be taking my leave now, sorry about this to any one I have an on going role play but I'm not going to continue them. I may return at some point, but I'm not sure when. I'll come on to talk to the friends I've made but that's about it, sorry. So long.

Hmm must be on another RP site I'm a member of. They have that rule for a reason obviously. Blue Moon needs some more structure.

The point is Lan shouldn't have been "called out" in the first place. It was something he wanted to try and if someone didn't like it then they should have talk to him like an adult about it.

Most of the people I've interacted with actually do. Several people mentioned that their response was to leave the chat when he was in.
However, that's problematic: if one person is making chat a distasteful place to be, hostilities build up until we get a big explosion of 'I've had enough, I'm confronting you about this'. Anansi is always problematic in his posting to me, but the others expressed dislike in a way that I wouldn't consider immature. Especially since they're complaining about someone whom I assume is an adult using cat noises.

If everyone hadled it in a mature manner then yeah that's fine, but you said yourself that Anansi is always problematic in his postings and isn't he/she the one Lan is accusing of flaming in the first place?

I don't see what your point is. You want more structure? Fine. An adult shouldn't be posting animal sounds constantly on chat, especially if he notices that the noises make him into a pariah. Because if that bit of immaturity hadn't happened, then none of the rest would.

Whether it was annoying or not Lan shouldn't have been hounded until he felt he had to leave the site.

Wow, I didn't know being gone for a couple of days counted as leaving. It's more of a very small break to me hell, I don't even know if you were not around, or just being invisible. So, you could just watch this thread to see, if anyone took your side. To me being compare with such a whiner like you is an insult to me. Don't mock me, I gave other reason for this thread being made and one of them being for attention. It's obviously to anyone with a brain that you haven't left yet, if you are still posting here. Just because you come up short on your end and now you're some butt hurt neko fan doesn't mean you can take it out on me. I'm not your pouching bag if, you hadn't looked at my post I wasn't singling you out in it. I was gearing it out towards all people who make I'm leaving threads.
