In 2017 graduation rates have reached an all time low. To deal with this, the united states government created two programs not only raise these rates but to deal with the overall problem of stress that's been plaguing the nation.
Legal Sexual Services
Booster Program: Teenagers 16 and over who are failing more than four classes can qualify for this program. Essentially during specified times of the day, they are to be strapped in special kiosks around their school for other students to use them as they please. Essentially legal cum dumps and dispensers (yes this program is for men as well). Essentially this replaces all of the classes they're failing, allowing them to make up the lost grades as well as continue whatever classes they were doing fine in.
Dropout Program: Generally a much... harsher one. For those who wish to dropout or are forced to. They become state property. They are given a shoddy apartment and the necessary requirements for living, however they become public dumps/dispensers for the city. How this can play out.
In this I’ll be playing the owner of a brand new Dropout. MC will be a classmate whose rather unassuming, but turns out to be rather rich. Perhaps you were bit of a bully to him and now this is his payback?
I’d also like to play as a female Dropout in this scenario. NOTE: This will be extremely limited and I will keep track {0/3} and I won't play more than two girls.
