Thread rp help

I'm trying to set up a thread rp in original rp's and I can't link to the person who I'm going to rp with or delete the thread to restart. Can someone please help me?

I'm not exactly aware of what seems to be the issue. You can't link the game in a PM to them? Or they can't see it in the Original section and post? Is the game this one? https://bluemoonroleplaying.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=88274 Because I don't see anything weird with it. Please, explain the issue a bit so we can be of help.
