Angelic Wings: Tenshi have feathered wings extending from their shoulder blades, allowing them to fly at twice their base land speed. (They may ascend at ½ flight speed and dive at x10 normal fly speed.)
Eagle Eyes: Tenshi have remarkable telescopic vision. For primarily vision-based perception checks, they only suffer a range penalty every 100’ instead of every 10’.
They may also reroll any perception test wtih a meaningful visual component, but must take the results of the reroll even if it is worse.
If a tenshi uses the aim action with a ranged attack, they are treated as having a scope.
Hollow bones: Tenshi are light weight and a little bit fragile as a result of the anatomical differences that make them light enough to fly. Each time they take damage from a bludgeoning attack, an extra point of damage is done per dice.
Angelic Talents: Tenshi get 1 free angelic talent at first level. Any time they gain a talent from their class, they may take an angelic talent instead.

Radiant Healing

Each time you use radiant healing, you take half as much damage as you heal (rounded down).
Special: You may spend a Hero Point to avoid taking any damage when you use this power. You may spend a Destiny Point (see page 112) to move the target +5 steps on the condition track in addition to healing it normally. This also removed one persitent condition, including permenant transformative coruption.

History: The Tenshi were the first Neo-Humans engineered by Developmental Neogenics Amalgamted. As such, they're prone to weak constiutions. They're also slight with brittle bones, despite being very strong.
Ryoko sometimes thinks of herself as a winterborn warrior--strong enough to fight, but weak enough to be the logical sacrifice so that healthier, happier people can endure.
When she actualy winds up in a supernatural war, that attitude--which 'til then was just fanciful and an expression of her enjoyment of gothic music--gets put to the test.
Ryoko is very inteligent, but more prone to creative endeavors than academic ones. She's very good with computers and with the humanities--literature, history, philosiphy. She's in the school's music club and has made some very sucessful digital remix videos.
