Racial Features
Angelic Wings: Tenshi have feathered wings extending from their shoulder blades, allowing them to fly at twice their base land speed. (They may ascend at ½ flight speed and dive at x10 normal fly speed.)

Eagle Eyes: Tenshi have remarkable telescopic vision. For primarily vision-based perception checks, they only suffer a range penalty every 100’ instead of every 10’.
They may also reroll any perception test wtih a meaningful visual component, but must take the results of the reroll even if it is worse.
If a tenshi uses the aim action with a ranged attack, they are treated as having a scope.

Hollow bones: Tenshi are light weight and a little bit fragile as a result of the anatomical differences that make them light enough to fly. Each time they take damage from a bludgeoning attack, an extra point of damage is done per dice.

Angelic Talents: Tenshi get 1 free angelic talent at first level. Any time they gain a talent from their class, they may take an angelic talent instead.

DC 30: As DC 20, except the damage increases to 3d6 points.
DC 35: As DC 20, except the damage increased to 4d6 points.
Special: You can spend a Her Point to increase the damage dealt by +1d6 points.
You can maintain Blizard from round to round, extending the normal duration. Mainting the Blizard power is a standard action, and you must make a new PErform check each round. If you take damage while maintaing Blizard, you must suceed on an Endurece Check (DC 15+ Damage Takein) to continue to maintain the power.

Bolt of Frostx2
Time: Standard Action
Target: One target within 6 squares.
Make one performance roll. If the skill check equals or exceeds the targets reflex defense, the target suffers 6d6 damage and is partialy encased in ice, gaining the Entangled conditon.
If the skill check also overcomes the target's forgitude defense, they suffer 1 condition from frostbite.
Special: You may spend a hero point before making the skill check. If the check equals or exceeds the targets reflex defense, they are fully encased in ice and imoblized.

Burst of Winter
Time: Standard Action
Target: All beings within a 2" cube within 12"
Make one performance roll and compare it to the reflex defense of each target in the area. If the skill check equals or exceeds the targets reflex defense, the target suffers 4d6 cold damage.
If the skill check also overcomes the target's forgitude defense, they suffer 1 condition from frostbite.
Special: You can spend a Her Point to increase the damage dealt by +2d6 points.

Cone of Winter
Time: Standard Action
Target: All beings within a 6" cone eminating from you.
Make one performance roll and compare it to the reflex defense of each target in the area. If the skill check equals or exceeds the targets reflex defense, the target suffers 4d6 cold damage.
If the skill check also overcomes the target's forgitude defense, they suffer 1 condition from frostbite.
Special: You can spend a Her Point to increase the damage dealt by +2d6 points.

Radiant Healing
You use your own life force to heal another living creature.
Time: Standard action.
Target: One creature touched.
Make a Perform check. The result of the check determines the effect, if any:
DC 15: The target heals hit points equal to 2 x its character level.
DC 20: The target heals hit points equal to 3 x its character level.
DC 25: The target heals hit points equal to 4 x its character level.
Each time you use radiant healing, you take half as much damage as you heal (rounded down).
Special: You may spend a Hero Point to avoid taking any damage when you use this power. You may spend a Destiny Point (see page 112) to move the target +5 steps on the condition track in addition to healing it normally. This also removed one persitent condition, including permenant transformative coruption.

Winter Strikex2
You sheath your weapon in arctic frost, enhancing it's damage.
Time: Swift action.
Target: 1 Weapon
Make a Perform check. The result of the check determines the effect, if any:
DC 15: Gain a + 1 bonus on your next attack roll and deal an additional 1d6 points of damage if the attack hits.
DC 20: As DC 15, except you deal an additional 2d6 points of damage.
DC 25: As DC 15, except you deal an additional 3d6 points of damage.
Special: You can spend a Hero Point to deal an additional 2d6 points of damage on your next attack.

History: The Tenshi were the first Neo-Humans engineered by Developmental Neogenics Amalgamted. As such, they're prone to weak constiutions. They're also slight with brittle bones, despite being very strong.
Ryoko sometimes thinks of herself as a winterborn warrior--strong enough to fight, but weak enough to be the logical sacrifice so that healthier, happier people can endure.
When she actualy winds up in a supernatural war, that attitude--which 'til then was just fanciful and an expression of her enjoyment of gothic music--gets put to the test.
Ryoko is very inteligent, but more prone to creative endeavors than academic ones. She's very good with computers and with the humanities--literature, history, philosiphy. She's in the school's music club and has made some very sucessful digital remix videos.
