This post is for those ideas where I have just a bit more of an idea of what I'm looking for. As always, they're up for negotiation and tweaking. Any questions, just PM.

Here's the link to my main thread where there's even more fun to be had.

Here's my F-List.

Salvation or Imprisonment? Does it Matter?
Character A (your character) is a member of a modern day cult. They've been truly brainwashed (and tortured?) into their beliefs. Meanwhile Character B has been lured into the cult under false pretenses, whether for a job opportunity or a vacation. Character A is charged with keeping an eye on him, showing him around. Eventually feelings start to blossom between them. But Character B doesn't fancy the idea of being imprisoned and doesn't want salvation. Character A is torn between wanting to be with Character B and the beliefs that have been burned into his tortured mind.

Summertime
Character A (your character) is spending the summer at a quaint little bed and breakfast. He's trying to escape from the grind of day to day life in the big city and so goes to a pleasant little town on the lake of the summer there. While there he runs into Character B working at the bed and breakfast, the son of the owners on vacation from college. The two start spending time together, grow to like each other, sneak into each others rooms in the middle of the night. But is it just a summer romance, or more?

Vampire x Mortal*
Character A is a vampire (backstory to be decided). A lonely creature of the night. Or so the stories would have you believe. One night, while searching for his next meal, he smells blood in the air and comes across an injured mortal, Character B. Character B has been beaten up, attacked by ne'er do wells or other such unsavory people and is currently in a sorry state. An easy meal. Except, for some reason, Character A decides instead of eating him, to take him to his house and care for him. He plans on letting Character B go once he's better but he finds it hard not to get attached and with Character B taking every opportunity he can to know Character A better, it's going to be even harder to leave him along.

Seeking Asylum
Character A (your character) is in a bad state. Depressed. Suicidal. Unhappy with the world. Addicted. Any number of maladies that lead to his family committing himself to care. He's not too impressed with the facility he's now locked away, even though it's relatively nice considering the wealth of all the patients there. Group therapy is boring. The people are boring. Until one day, shortly after arrival, he meets Character B. A young man who has been staying there for a while. A bit of bonding during their free time leads to emotions to start to develop between the two of them, something that's strictly forbidden. But few things in life seem as worth it as pursuing love.

A Business Affair
Character A (your character) is the heir to a very powerful business organization. His family is very wealthy and as the only child, he's expected to take over everything when his father retires. As such he's been raised to be logical and cool headed. He's charming and good at working both men and women, getting them to agree to business deals. But rumors spread about him all the time because he's never been in a relationship. One day while out and about he runs into Character B (a prostitute, street musician, runaway, etc), someone wholly the opposite. Character B is just struggling to make it but is free spirited and easily expresses his emotions. After a night together, Character A can't stop thinking about Character B, but he knows that it could ruin his reputation. But he's finding it hard to care.

The Artwork
Character A (your character) is a criminal. But damn if he doesn't make it look good. A high profile crime boss, he only has the best of everything. Beautiful women, a different one every night, on his arm. The most expensive penthouse in the city. And his fingers in every single bit of criminal activity running through the city. He likes to show off and he likes to be seen, pretending to just be a talented businessman to the public. One evening he decides to attend an art gallery, hoping to get caught on camera supporting the arts. While there he meets the artist, Character B. For some reason he finds himself drawn to the young man. This supposedly straight, tough crime boss is completely enamored, attempting to seduce him. Attempting to romance him. But can he keep his business life separate from his love life? And can he maintain his tough image while trying to hide his male lover?

Do Androids Dream?
In the future, androids are common place. Unnatural, plastic-y, they nevertheless serve a purpose. Manual labor and servitude. Character A (your character) is a scientist who has been working on perfecting a new model of android. One that is almost unmistakable from a human. But he succeeds a little too well and once powered on, he quickly finds himself losing control of the situation. Character B is the android. A being just created but with unlimited knowledge at his fingertips. He quickly starts developing a personality of his own and feelings for his creator. But such an unnatural thing would never be allowed.

He's a Little Runaway
Character A (your character) is well off. Parents are rich, he's attending a fantastic school. But he's bored. Bored with his structured, well planned out life. And so he decides to try slumming it a bit. Character B (my character) never had all of those advantages. He ran away from home at a fairly young age and has been living on the streets for a while, making money however he can, surviving however he can. When their paths cross, who's to say what could happen?
