How to update an Archived Request Thread?

Hi! Quick question: I have an old archived request thread. I wanted to update it, but realized I can no longer edit the pages, not even to copy the BBCODE to paste into a new thread.

How do I do this? Does a moderator need to give it the OK? Or do I just need to bite the bullet and recompose a new request thread from scratch?

The site's request thread and bumping policy answers this question as well as some other frequently asked ones about Request threads.

I've gone ahead and un-archived that thread for you, so you should now be able to freely edit it as normal now.
