Shoshanna had to admit that her crew was more than a little antsy with this latest raid. Even they knew that their haul had been... impressive. For her? She had to admit that it was a rarity to ransack such a place and to even make off with... well, a little hostage that would likely not be returned. They sometimes stole people from families and returned them for a price or sold them to higher bidders if their families didn't care for them enough.
This one?
This one was for them and Shoshanna had to admit that she was excited to take part in exactly why he was for them first. Zahrai, her right hand and probably the best first mate she could have dared asked for, was hesitant and scowled at the idea of indulging in this particular gift, but Shoshanna knew that she would come around eventually. The girl was stubborn and strong-willed, but she'd give in if it meant a positive future for their ship, which it might well contribute to given the goals of at least one girl she knew.
She walked down to the bowels of the ship, scantily clad and not seeming to care that her body moved in a way that might arouse their hostage, kept behind bars but well fed and watered by the shy cabin girl, Noelani, who had - up until now - probably been moving so fast in her work that their hostage couldn't slip a word in edge-wise to learn where he was or who they were.
"Good evening, boy." She greeted with a gentle smile on her lips as she looked him up and down, a certain unmistakeable hunger in her eyes. "I trust our dear Lani has kept you well fed and watered, as promised? Our cook has made sure you've gotten some of the best cuts of meat we have." She wasn't even lying - caged though he was, it had been under specific direction that he would get just as good quality food as the others did, which after their last haul was... well, it was likely impressive, especially by the standards expected of a prisoner. "Can't do well to let a little cash cow of ours die - our reputation as the Vagabond is at stake." She purposely did the name drop, letting it sink in and waiting for him to respond.
It was not every day, after all, that someone learned that they were in the bowels of a pirating ship that became known for, despite being full of women, being far more terrifying than almost any other ship. That was, anyway, if stories were to be believed.
