How to make spoiler tags in a thread?

The title says it all...

I see these everywhere and I want to use them to help organize my new request thread (I haven't made a new one yet after all the threads got put into archive) but I have no idea how to make them.

Can someone give me some advice on how I can add these to my thread?

Remove the asterisks
