Bio: Hi mother and father are largely unknown to him, though he knew his human father was a former sailor and his mother was a fishwoman. He was raised by an adoptive mother, another fishwoman, who was kept prisoner on an island by a group of pirates. Growing up, he learned everything he could about medicine from the woman and a little fishman Karate as well. When he was fifteen she died of an incurable condition. and although the captain of the pirates intended to keep Sim for his medical skills more sympathetic members of the crew smuggled him off the island and left him at port one day. he apprenticed with a local doctor for a year, hiding the fact that he was half fishman, before joining the marine where his medical skills were hand and he was quickly earmarked for further training, quickly becoming a great doctor but a good marine and an officer known for his strength and courage. He always kept his heritage a secret though, aware how many in the navy saw fishmen.
Weapons: standard cutlass and pistol
Skills: He is not only an expert doctor, specifically with skills in traditional medicines, but also an adept hand to hand fighter a he knows a little Fishman Karate as well as having been trained in other martial arts. he is also much stronger than a normal human and twice as strong in the water.
Clothing: Standard Marine Uniform.
Personality: He is a relatively friendly person, though prefers not to talk about himself and may be a little hostile if pressured
