Want something based off this image

So, I've seen the image below before and it's always gotten a chuckle out of me. Today I realized that, depending on how we play it, it could make for a an interesting story, or at the very least a humurous romp. Honestly, I haven't clear ideas for it, but I like the idea of a modern girl meeting cthulu or some other monster/deity via the internet and meeting up with them unwittingly.
