[/font][/color] Jane was your typical bookworm nerd. She was pretty, smart and loved her books. Her mind wandered with her adventures in the books. She dreamed of knights, dragons, and princesses. She longed for the days of old where reading was welcomed, not made fun of. Each day she hid in her room, devouring one book after another, blushing at romance, fearing for knights and feeling pity for damsels in distress.
Jane was 20 years old, single and worked a dead end job as a waitress. Though she lived on her own, she wanted companionship, but was far too shy. She had never had a boyfriend, been kissed or even had sex. The mere mention of even the tamest romance made her blush profusely.
Little did she know her whole life was going to change in an instant. She woke up one day feeling damp and cold. Looking around she found it was still dark outside,however, she quickly realized she was looking at the sky, not her bedroom ceiling. She found herself to be in a clearing in the woods somewhere. She was panicking and scared. How did she get there? Was this a trick?
As she wandered aimlessly through the woods, fear soaking every fiber of her being, she heard hoof beats on the ground behind her. She turned to see a huge black horse decked out in silver armor ridden by a hulking man in black leather armor.
Her eyes widened as she took him in. He was somewhere around 6'6" tall, 300 lbs at least, with short black hair and green eyes. There was something different about this man though, something inhuman. He was human color, but had pointy ears.
Her fear increased ten fold as he galloped forward and picked her up, riding away with her.
