Writing a open letter to all members

This is an idea I have wanted to do for some time, but I guess I would have to run it past the head members of the group?

I just need to vent my issues and I hope it brings me some peace.

I'm just asking. I'm not admin and have no authority to say yes or no so you need to wait for them. Have you PMed the team?

What does this even mean? Why an open venting letter to everyone? Seems excessive and unnecessary. Please explain.
