This isn't really a request thread yet, I'm just tossing some ideas and thoughts
around, trying to get back into things after being gone so long. All comments
and suggestions are more than welcome though!
I will be adding to the plots and expanding on the current ones. I was thinking a
little about writing an intro like chapter for each one. But keep it open enough, it
can lead into a few settings and storylines. Maybe...maybe not...maybe. Who
knows!!?? It's my post and I can do what I want too!
Characters Ideas
What my characters look like can vary. This is a just brief outline of some
personalities I’m comfortable playing, more than a specific character description.
I’m pretty open when it comes to appearances and I'm not too picky
Jade
Participating in RP with Blackthorne Taming Jade: Passion & Profit
]
Young woman, 5’1, very slight and slender. Her balance and flexibility let her easily break into the smallest windows, the most awkward places. She climbs, jumps and runs just as effortlessly on rooftops as on the ground.
She is a bit of a chameleon, portraying innocent girls, seductive women or harmless young boys, depending on the role needed to acquire whichever treasure she is currently hunting.
I’d love to see her in a fantasy setting with monsters and other creatures but I’m open to ideas.

Thief’s Intro
]
She was being followed...again. This was the third time this week she had felt eyes following her and she was starting to worry. After taking the time to disguise herself this morning, whoever was watching her shouldn’t have been able to find her again...but they had. She pulled the baggy hat lower over her eyes and tried to catch a glimpse of the person trailing her in the shop window while asking the keeper a quiet question. She knew the shop owner bought her impersonation of a young boy without suspicions. Stuttering and playing a shy boy, asking about the day's specials, she finally spotted her pursuer. I huge male was standing off to the side trying to stand inconspicuously. There was no way for him to disappear in a crowd the way she herself could, his height alone made him stick out like a ogre among dwarves.
She would easily escape him, just as she had the last two times he had followed her. Smiling to herself, she nodded and pretended to follow the conversation with the shopkeeper for a few more minutes. Eventually purchasing a roll of bread with a thick slab of cheese. She might be small, but could eat enough to put a grown man to shame.
Moving off in the direction she had been heading, she walked slowly and calmly, not giving any indication that she knew she was being hunted. She knew the city inside and out, had at least two paths of escape at any given moment. Once she had taken the final bite of her meal, she clapped the crumbs from her fingers and ducked into the alley she was passing. Within seconds, her hat and cloak were stuffed into a crate, her long braid hitting her back as it fell. Her fingers found the small indentations along the corner of one of the buildings and she quickly and effortlessly made her way to the roof. A few months ago, this building had been a target, so she knew exactly where she was going.
She hunkered down and peered over the edge once she made it to the roof. The giant man came striding into the alleyway looking around everywhere for her. She knew there was no way for him to follow her at the moment, and that confidence made her foolish. She laughed just loud enough to draw his eyes, squatting on the roof and grinning down at him, she gave an arrogant wave and slowly walked off. Letting him see her contempt of his attempt to catch her.
Though she didn’t believe for a moment she was in danger of this particular man catching her, she needed to decide if it was time to move again. She had been in the city for months now, and if one person could see beyond her disguised, who was to say the next one wouldn’t be able to outrun or outsmart her. Running from rooftop to rooftop, she took pains to make sure she wasn’t followed as she headed home. The dusty, murky scent of the city overwhelming her senses. She needed to figure out where to go from here.

The tomboy
]
This character has been running around with “the boys” in cut off or jeans and a t-shirt since grade school. The most attention she gives her appearance is a quick swipe of lip gloss and a twist of her wrist to pull her hair up into a messy ponytail.
Oblivious to the fact she is gorgeous and men are very attracted to her, she sees herself as plain and believes they all just see her as one of the guys.
Funny and outgoing, her actions can seem flirtatious and teasing thought she has no idea what she is doing, seeing it all as just goofing off.

Ophelia Fitzalan
Participating in the Group RP The St. Anne
A Firefly-esk Space Soap Opera with a crew of awesome writers cooking up plots and adventures across the universe.
]
At 5’5 feet and 122 pounds, Ophelia’s body is slim and toned. Her hair is such a pale blonde it almost appears white. Ice blue eyes. Ophelia hadn’t lived any real hardships until being forced into a stasis pod that she believed was to be her death. Physically she had to work on the family farm every day, so she’s not afraid to put in the effort. She want’s to put in her share of the work and might be a little over enthusiastic in her endeavors to be a part of the crew. She has no experience with limited grav and is clumsy while making her way around the St Anne.
Ophelia grew up on one of the first earth colonies with her father and siblings. She is not afraid to work, accustomed to long hours on their homestead. Ophelia was hardly ever around anything more advanced than simple communication systems. The few times she was exposed to technology, she was too busy with other work and found it unnecessary to put the effort into learning.
The threat of overpopulation on her home planet Lorion, brought about the decision to split the colony, sending a percentage of the population to built a new home on a recently found planet. Ophelia and her brother Cynric reluctantly volunteer for the expedition. During the journey, something happens and the civilians are put into old fashioned stasis pods.

Jasmine Caldwell
Participating in RP w/Victorian_Virtue Roses and Jasmine
A Professor and student travel to Cambodia to help a group of women escape the brutality of their country.
]
The quiet girl in the corner that is always hiding behind her hair and glasses. If she ever became a little more outgoing, people would see a pretty and cute, sort of girl next door type and wonder how they missed her before. But she excels at staying under the radar.
Uncomfortable around people, she avoids them as best she can and almost goes into a panic if she is placed at the center of attention. She watches people while making an effort to not bring awareness of any kind onto herself.
She is the type of girl that gets her work done fast and efficiently before moving on to her next task. She has a few secret interests she keeps strictly to herself.

Jasmine's Intro
]
Jasmine made her way quietly into her favorite place, the library. The huge echoing hall was filled with the now underappreciated tomes of knowledge, adventure's, fantastic worlds and so much more. The scent of books always made her smile and relax. Her shoulders slowly relaxed so they were no longer tucked almost under her ears and the slight crease between her delicate eyebrows flattened out. Taking a deep soundless breath, she looked up and down the rows of shelves, taking pleasure in the beauty of these treasures while looking for the best place to tuck herself away to study for the next few hours.
Like so many others, her work was done electronically, no longer dragging armfuls of books down from their resting place to laboriously look through chapter after chapter, book after book. She was sentimental about the library and it’s hard backed tenants, but she wasn’t foolish. What took hours researching with the help of books, took minutes on the computer. Jaz did feel comforted and at ease in these ornate halls though, it felt as though the years people had spent within these walls, striving to improve their insight and wisdom seeped into every surface.
Several other people were spread out, occupying the many tables and desks. There were several rows of computers for public use, but Jasmine had her own laptop with her that already contained her months of work so far. All she really needed was an outlet to keep it alive and humming while she did her thing. Her hand reached up and held the strap of her backpack tight when she did that little jump and shrug to keep it from slipping off her shoulder.
At 5’3, she was sometimes mistaken for a girl from behind. Her slight build and awkward movements were easily mistaken for someone younger...until she turned and they saw her perky b cup breasts and her tiny waist. If they were interested enough to look closer, her elf-like features were soft and sensual. Puffy lips that appeared swollen from kisses and dark warm eyes hidden behind glasses clear evidence of her maturity. Her hair was always loose, the long luscious locks flowing halfway down her back and bouncing around her face. Jasmin was a contrast of innocence and haunting sensuality that caught people's attention no matter what steps she took to hide herself from notice.
Jaz made her way to her regular table in the far corner. She loved this desk because it kept her out of sight from practically every angle. You had to know where this set of desks was or you would never notice it. She had stumbled upon it about a month ago while hunting for an outlet, when all of them had been claimed there where she had been sitting.
As she began to unpack her equipment, computer - phone - notebook, because she had a habit of writing down lists at every opportunity - and finally her charger and her bright pink pen. She tried to hide it most of the time but Jasmine was the biggest girly girl. Loving everything pink and frilly. She rarely indulged her ultra feminine side but once in awhile it slipped through her tightly guarded shield to show itself to anyone observant enough to notice.
She was researching spiritual and traditional rituals from around the world as part of her studies. She loved the mysterious and wondrous stories from around the world. Her favorite were from the most remote areas. Cultures with little to no contact with people outside their villages had a rich and intriguing world they cultivated to teach their young people and carry on the lifestyles of their ancestors. Some were scary, some happy and joyful...and others were downright erotic.
She was currently reading up on a tribe in Cambodia. They left a young girl that had come of age in a hut every night. Single men would compete to be allowed a night with the young woman, spending the night trying to convince her to accept him as husband. After a night of whatever sexual encounters they had, the young woman would announce either her acceptance of him, or a new competition would start again that night, this time without the rejected male. The ritual repeated until the woman finally agreed to a pairing.
Jaz was completely captivated. Nibbling on the end of her pen, writing down a list of questions she wanted answered about the ritual. The subject was enthralling, and made her a little hot and bothered truth be told, she would never admit that to anyone of course. She was glad she wasn’t working from home, if her brother had ever noticed what she was working on he would badger and torment her constantly. He was so annoying and drove her mad with his constant pranks. Shaking her head a little, her concentration returning to her work and she again lost all focus on the world outside the bubble she built around herself. Her cheeks were slightly flushed as she leaned over the computer screen, her notebook resting beside it while she absently made her list.
* Were the young women willing?
* Did their mothers advice them before they entered the huts?
* Did the men practice for these tests of … not sure what to call them yet?
* What if the young woman became pregnant? Was the child accepted no matter what?
* What did the men do to convince the young woman….
Her mind wandered on this last question. Speculating and imaging numerous scene’s, her pen tapping nervously over the list, her foot restless under the desk. She never even noticed the man standing behind her...

The sarcastic one
]
This girl talks before she thinks, usually saying the first thing that comes to mind, but always gets away with her impulsiveness (so far) because she is fun and gorgeous. She isn’t malicious...just impulsive and careless is her actions.
She loves life, goes dancing. hiking and whatever else she can think of. She has one of those 8 hour jobs that you can leave after work and forget about completely, preferring to put her energy into all other aspects of her life.
She is by no means a virgin, but for her, men have so far been in the “Nice to have” category and not the “Need to have”.
Relationships and sex have been ok, but honestly...she can put fresh batteries in her Hitachi if she’s feeling a little hot and bothered, and spare herself the trouble men seem to bring with them.

Elisandra the sprite
Participating in Group RP Found in the Woods
A royal couple are displaced and hunted from their rightful thrones, their traumatic escape places them deep in the forest where they meet a solitary woodland sprite. Together the three fight to regain the pair's rightful place.
]
This one is obviously in the fantasy genre I have this image in my head of a tiny female that buzzes around causing havoc and chaos, teasing people and other creatures before escaping to enjoy the outcome of her mischievous actions.
Secretly, she can become human sized (though on the small side) and has a tendency to change by mistake with extreme emotion, but she would never show herself to others as such... unless under severe duress.

Eli's Intro
]
Elisandra enjoyed the marketplace most at this time of day. Right before sunset, when the sky was turning a dark shades of red, orange and purple. It was the middle of summer and the air was hot and muggy. The heavy smell of rain hung in the air and she suspected the night would be filled with roars of thunder while lightning arced through the blackness, exposing for a brief moment everything that usually stayed hidden away in the shadows. Rain would be a welcomed relief after the last couple of scorching hot weeks. The village needed a good torrent to wash away the dirt and dust covering every surface. Hopefully the storm would last long enough to do more than muddy everything up.
She watched as the merchants shuffled around, all of them wanting to pack up after a long tiring day. Their loud annoying voices calling out discounted prices on any perishable items they had left over, wanting to get rid of everything they could while making a bit of profit. A few of them would even try and turn a coin on rotten produce if their customers were unwise. These were the ones she took extreme pleasure in taunting, defending the pleasure she derived in her mischief, it was a well deserved punishment when they were such cheats and liars.
She sat watching the scene for a few minutes. People arguing aggressively over prices, one couple laughing and flirting together, a man sitting in the dust outside of the tavern, drunkenly talking to himself while everyone walked a wide berth around him. She could see a good ways down the street from her perch upon the old Hornbeam tree. Eli was a forest sprite. When she was standing on her tippy-toes she was about the size of a barn owl, well a small one at least. Most of her kind never never wanted to leave the safety of their homes in the densest, most remote areas of the woods, but she had always felt the need to wander and explore. She loved the warmth and connection she had with nature, but there was so much else in the world to see and experience. She had struggled against the urgency she felt to wander for awhile, but had finally taken the steps that allowed her to follow her insistent longing for something different and left her resolution of sprites behind.
Swinging her legs playfully, she caught sight of a few children running around playing and smiled at their games. Her delicate wings fluttered in the breeze while she contemplated getting up and looking for something to pilfer from the unsuspecting tradesmen. She was just about to spread her the purplish tinted gossamer petals and dive from her branch when a soft growl froze her in place. Elisandra’s breath caught in her throat and all her senses went on high alert. Lifting her glance further up the tree, she saw a set of eerie looking eyes watching her. The lazy swoosh of a long fat tail moving hypnotically from side to side behind it’s crouched body. There on a limb above her, was a huge orange cat, ready to pounce at the slightest movement.
Instincts kicking in, Eli jumped...aiming backwards off the thick branch, thinking to swoop down and under the foliage and make her escape. The big tabby was faster though, knocking the breath from her and dragging her with him to the ground at the base of the tree. Battered and bruised she lay under the cat for a second, a claw piercing her thigh painfully as it stood over her, growling deep in it’s throat. She was going to get eaten if she didn’t do something now...so she did what only she could do. Closing her eyes and taking a deep breath...she grew. Going from 12 inches to just under 5 feet tall within seconds.
Her long dark hair tangled all around her, picking up dirt and leaves while her wings slowly disappeared into her shoulders. Nothing remaining as evidence of her origin other than the minor pointing of her ears and her slightly bigger than normal, bright violet eyes.
The cat yowled in fear and anger, protesting the loss of a meal when she stumbled awkwardly to her feet...stomping the ground and lifting her hands to shoo off the vile creature.
“That’s right you stupid cat! No Eli stew for you!” she muttered after it.
She ran her hands up and down her aching backside,hissing in pain. Still trembling from the rush of adrenaline, her heart beat pounding in her ears while she struggled to catch her breath. Realizing she was suddenly exposed to anyone and everyone, she quickly jumped to hide behind the tree, terrified someone might have witnesses the feline showdown.
None of her kind...other than herself, had the ability to get bigger. Well at least none that she knew of, and it was a secret that she really didn’t want found out by anyone else. Pressing close against the rough bark, her full breasts crushed uncomfortably into the unforgiving surface while she tried to calm down enough to return to her normal size. Her slim length plastered to the tree as though she could escape into the solid wood while she tried to determine the safety of her secret. Looking around carefully, it appeared she was safe.
Taking a few long deep breaths, shivering as the sun made it’s way further down the horizon, she decided she’d had enough excitement for one day. Closing her eyes and concentrating, she slowly began to shrink down again, her naked body getting smaller and smaller, her wings seemingly unfolding from her back until she was back to normal. Taking a quick peek around, she found the torn remains of her cotton dress and hurried to pick it up. Wrapping it around her as best she could, she lifted off and started for the safety of her hidden home deep in the woods never realizing she might not be as lucky as she thought.

Daughter agrees to look after her parents house while they are away for the entire summer on a cruise. Her twin brother had actually agreed to do it, but backed out at the last minute because of a job offer.
The sister is a bit of a loner and moved away from their hometown as soon as she could, liking the idea that she was in a town where no one knew her or her family. Not like the town she grew up in, where everyone knew each other's business.
Her brother is the exact opposite. Very outgoing and daring, he was always the center of attention. Everyone knows and admires him, he has never lacked friends or women willing to cater to him. He stayed in town and found a job, pleased to live somewhere everyone knows him and his reputation.
The “job offer” her brother had lined up, turned out to be some crazy demon summoning scheme he has cooked up with a couple of friends. Something goes wrong though and the Demon overpowers the group of amateur summoners. From here the plot could go many ways.
*The Demon kills them all and goes after the sister when she calls on her brother
*The Demon could possess one or more of them, either alone or calling other demons forth
*The Demon kills everyone but the brother, using his knowledge and body to call on the sister
*The Demon starts killing them, but the brother makes a deal to offer up his sister to save his own life

From the Frying Pan into the Fire

Plot is about a girl that was left alone in the family cabin after her mother left one day. Having grown up living and surviving with nothing but what nature provided, the girl struggles and spent the next few years there. Hunting and foraging, completely alone, never knowing if something happened to her mother, or if she just decided one day to abandon her.
One day her tiny cabin is found and invaded. Luckily she had been out when it happened and she escaped before they discovered her. After days of travelling, scared by all the unknown things she comes across, she finds another remote area that would suit her needs.
After a few days watching and listening she slowly and carefully starts to build a new place to call home for herself.
I kind of think this idea could grow into a great plot is a few different genres as worlds.
*A twisted fairy tale, where she is found on the “not so charming” princes land
*A fantasy, where she has unfortunately stumbled into Drow territory
*Something paranormal, where she might have crossed some unseen veil in her desperate escape, ending up surrounded by something she could never have dreamed of
*One of the hunters is too curious to let it go after finding her cabin, and continues to track the girl until he finally catches her
