This game will use T&T 7.5 deluxe rules. I'll also use the monsters codex. It is my first time doing this play by post, and I may change the rules slightly to fit play by post more later.

Well if you could actually cast level 2 spells then sure. Remember you need to spend 2,000 gp to learn a level 2 spell and have a willing teacher. So yeah, I'll let you use it if you learn it legit in game.
