Scenes with various ladies of different established series finding themselves, regardless of if they’re open toward, reluctant or straight out unwilling, at the hands of one or more figures that they would normally never dare to engage in anything sexual with.

I’ll also include a few rough ideas for certain characters or settings to either pick from or to potentially help inspire a few ideas of your own for the fandom of choice that you’re leaning toward.

Riza Hawkeye’s time as King Bradley’s ‘personal assistant’ is ripe with potential exploration, either with Bradley himself or some of his subordinates and even the other Homunculi.
Winry Rockbell’s time at Briggs was likely one of the few times the men there had a woman in their midst aside from General Armstrong. Now, while they would likely never dare to try anything with their commanding officer, there’s nothing to say that a few of them would have tried to take advantage of the visiting blonde.
There were a lot of possible fates that could have befallen a less fortunate Olivier Armstrong while she was at Central Command during the latter portion of the series, from the soldiers there to the less human subordinates/creations of Father himself.

The worst parts of normally good people tend to come out during times of crisis and, with plenty of crisis to go around due to the Titan attacks, there are tons of potential scenarios to explore with citizens turning on the very people that were sent there to protect them. Similarly, there’s little to hold back any desperate military figures or soldiers from doing similar with some of the prime, fit young women that are a part of their ranks.
Definitely not for most, but the possibility of smaller Titans with actual gender specific ‘equipment’ isn’t so outlandish considering the various types the series has introduced in its run. Could be these unique Titans decide on a different fate for those they manage to snag in their midst.

Frozen
Not every icey creation of Elsa’s is gonna turn out to be a cute little snowman. Sometimes it turns out to be something from a deeply buried part of Elsa that even she hadn’t known was there until it was too late for herself and/or her sister.
The citizens weren’t exactly happy with the affect Elsa’s power had on their village and perhaps not all of them are so quick to forgiven and forget when it comes to either of the sisters?

Code Geass
There were many times throughout the series that things weren’t exactly going so well for Lelouch and his pawns, which also means plenty of opportunities for Kallen or C.C. to find themselves in less than desirable positions due to their affiliation with the terrorist group. Potential scenes can range some ‘simpler’ ones of Britannian males having some fun with one or both of the ladies in question or include elements of public exhibition to make an example of them for others.

Simply put; Android 18 and Cell is a pairing that practically writes itself.
Bulma spent a lot of time by herself while on Namek. This leaves us open to plenty of opportunities for one or more of Frieza’s followers to stumble upon the lone human while searching for the Namekian Dragon Balls.
Perhaps one of Videl’s acts of heroism in dealing with daily criminal activities doesn’t go so well? Or maybe she finds herself in over her head against any number of the far stronger baddies that she comes across due to her relationship with Gohan. Similarly, the same could happen for Bulma or Pan during any point of the Dragon Ball continuity.

With Summer having taken an increasing interest in getting involved with her Grandpa and brother during their various dangerous adventures, there’s plenty of opportunity to see her ending up in less then ideal situations with the locals of different planets or alternate Earths.

It seems a waste that Tirek simply locked away all of the female characters whenever he’d managed to defeat them. Surely there were better ways for the guy to entertain himself after years of being locked up in another dimension while trapped in a weakened body.
Discord. Oh, where to begin with Discord. We could do something during his initial introduction into the series or perhaps a scenario based around his later involvements with the cast after supposedly being rehabilitated; both of which lend themselves to a number of possibilities.

Nier Automata
With the various types of robots which 2B comes across in her journey and their varying attempts at creating or mimicking their own ideas of society, it wouldn’t be hard to imagine more than a few taking a perverse interest in the humanoid android. Pokemon
Catching wild Pokemon can be tricky. Sometimes they’re a lot stronger than you expected. Or perhaps there were more of them then you’d expected. Either way, it can lead to a rather sticky situation for an unprepared trainer or gym leader.
Most trainers are satisfied with money from other trainers that they defeat in a Pokemon battle. But what if the losing trainer doesn’t have any money on them? How else can they pay off the winning trainer and/or their Pokemon?

Super Mario Bros
It’s basically a cliché at this point, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun to explore the various ways in which Bowser makes use of Princess Peach while she’s kidnapped. Similarly, maybe the Koopa King decides on switching things up by getting his hands on Daisy or Rosalina for a change? There’s also nothing to say that his underlings can’t take advantage of the situation and get in on the action while the opportunity presents itself.

There are lots of possibilities with Zelda and the other ladies of Hyrule, whether it’s something involving Ganon himself or any of the various monsters which normally cross Link’s path during his adventures. So much so that I could easily start another request thread just for it, thus I’ll leave it at that for now and invite anyone interested in discussing ideas along these lines further to contact me so that we can attempt to narrow something down.

Asuna and the others spent a lot of time inside of that game. plenty of time for male players to get desperate enough to target certain female players and let out some long pent up sexual frustrations from being stuck in that virtual world for so long. After all, if it's all just in the game, then it doesn't really count as assault, right?
Alternatively, there could be certain monsters or NPC's within the game with programming objectives outside of their commonly found functions within the game. Objectives that the developers had to be pretty clever/lucky in sneaking past the ratings board.
