JJ stretched as he left his medical practice for the night. He was tired. He yawned loudly as he walked to his car, looking worried as he saw a fae assaulting a Human. He ran over. "Hey, what did this kid ever do to you?" He looked annoyed, and his regality shown through. Itbwasn't smart to mess with the dark court prince, and the other courts knew it.

Kyle was backed against a wall as he tried to fight off this guy with green hair that was trying to take him somewhere. "Don't make me use magic kid." The man's eyes then widened and he quickly backed off, glaring at the dark court prince. "Nothing... yet." He grumbled as he knew he couldn't stand up to him and disappeared. Kyle was panting softly from the fear and looked at the blue haired man in confusion. "W-What was he talking about...?"

JJ sighed. He ran a hand through his shaggy blue hair. "Its a long story kid. But you're safe now. I'm JJ. Dr.JJ Barnes. You can just call me JJ." He smiled softly, tryimg to be comforting.

Kyle stared at JJ in confusion but the panic in his eyes slowly faded and he hesitated before nodding. "Well, considering I just almost got abducted... I'd like to hear this 'long story." He said but returned the politeness by holding out his hand. "Kyle Hinkley."

JJ nodded. "Sure. But not here. Lets go someplace a little more.. friendly. You hungry?" He smiles softly, clicking the unlock button to his 2018 dodge hellcat demon.

Kyle hesitated, unsure of getting in the car with a stranger just minutes after almost being abducted. "Um... Is there a place we can walk to?" He asked awkwardly.

JJ nodded. "My practice is just down the street from a really good thai place. We could get food there." He clicked the lock again. While they were innthe snooty upper east part of town, it was still better safe than sorry.

Kyle nodded softly and followed JJ to the thai food place, he looked around curiously as they were led to their seats.

JJ sipped his thai tea and smiled softly. "Where should I start.."

Kyle sipped at his water before saying. "How about who that guy was?"

JJ bit his lip. "He was a winter court fae royalty. He was trying to steal you away."

Kyle stared at JJ in disbelief for a moment before saying. "No, seriously, who was he?"

JJ sighed. "I am being serioys.."

Kyle stared at JJ for a a few more seconds before his eyes widened and he stammered. "S-So... how do you know this...?"

JJ bit his lip. "I know because I am also fae royaly. Prince JJ of the dark court at your service."

Kyle stared at the man in disbelief for a moment before taking a breath and saying. "Prove it."

JJ waved his hand and a second tea appeared. He waved it again and the tea disappeared. Then, he went invisible a moment. "Proof enough?"

Kyle stared in shock for a moment and nodded silently. He sipped his water for a moment as he took this all in before asking. "So... what did that guy want with me?"

JJ shrugged. "Knowing him? Probably sex. I may have alliances with winter court, but that guy is a rat bastard."

Kyle's face paled a little at JJ's guess and he swallowed nervously, looking down he stammered. "W-Well... thank you for saving me..."

JJ smiled. "You're welcome. I hate it when my kind take advantage of humans. It isn't right."

Kyle nodded, still trying to wrap his brain around this. "No kidding..." He mumbled as the food arrived and he tried to get his stomach to accept the spicy food after such a discovery.

JJ smiled a little. "Sorry for the information dump. You'll get used to it."

Kyle nodded uncertainly. He glanced over at JJ and asked. "So... if you're royalty... why are a doctor?"

 

[Krystal_Atems_Girl]

JJ chuckled. "Because I can be. My mom, Queen Krystal, always told me I could be anything I want to be. So I used my genius and became a doctor. I actually have 5 doctorates."
