It's been 1000 year since the war between the major witch Covens of Circle Daylight and Circle Midnight ended. It was rough, but in the end they both agreed on many things, one of them, the complete and total intolerance of the practice of Blood Magic. However in this world, a witch doesn't choose the type of magic they control. Even in this Modern era the Blood Princess' were hunted down and slaughtered, it's believed there remains one left. A pale maiden by the name of Maisie Sinclaire lives in Washington, and it's the underground supernatural government's intention to quietly capture and kill the las blood princess. It'll be a long and hard journey, the only known details about her, are her dark brown hair, silver and blue heterchromia, and the mark of a blood witch tattooed around her navel. If one even manages to catch her, the journey back will be a long one, traveling across the US car hopping, and then taking a private boat to the continent of Europe, then taking her to stand trial and execution in Russia. All of this because it was decided to be too risky to take her up in the air. Then there is another issue, who will they send to do this?
They decide to send their best bounty hunter, a vampire werewolf hybrid, both species are probably the most resistant to blood magic, and the man is a trained hunter and even killer. For him finding her should be easy, and catching her shouldn't prove too difficult. Their only worry is the girl is practically innocent, and all of the blood princess' have been born AB-, the rarest blood type in the world.
