I would first like to begin by saying that, I am a big fan of bad endings. If you are into this (doesn't have to necessarily mean death) then I will love you forevers and evers.
The whole idea behind this request thread involves a high school detective. I will list a variety of adventures she can go through, but eventually she must meet her bad end. Again bad endings does not necessarily mean death.
Let us begin with an introduction to the detective. Her name is Clarissa Lafayette and she is a senior in high school. Her intellect is high, as she is sometimes recruited by the police force to investigate mysterious happenings around town. Often, though, these mysterious happenings happen nearby and she investigates on her own or with her friends. She lives in a sizable house with her mother and father. Her mother is the stay at home and take care of everything type, but occasionally she will pick up a temporary job due to boredom. Her father travels internationally looking for the world's biggest criminals (think Lupin the 3rd) and is often gone for long stretches. I only specify parents because we may want to include some type of plot involving one or the other.
Mystery #1: Schoolgirl Kidnappings
Okay, so the girls are technically only disappear for about a day. Normally the police would take it up to runaways who couldn't handle it for too long and dismiss the case, but the girls have no recollection of where they've been. The only thing they do remember involves their last location being at school. The principal wants to keep this quiet to prevent any negativity to the school, but Clarissa suspects otherwise. Will she be able to solve the mystery before she or one of her friends ends up next on the list?
Mystery #2: Hauntings
This one revolves around the idea of Clarissa and a group of friends investigating an old house as part of a side job. Weird things start happening to the group, but Clarissa begins to suspect that there's something else at play. Will she be able to figure out who or what is haunting the house?
Mystery #3: The Cult
Girls have been found all over town naked and unconscious. It is clear that they were raped, but the police are unable to determine who the culprit is due to the girls doll-like nature. When they awake it is almost like they have no souls. Strange markings have appeared as graffiti all over town and some girls are receiving notes written in some dead language. These girls end up missing for the night only to be found in the morning, like the others before. Clarissa investigates with her best friend after being hired by the police. Things get real when her best friend ends up being kidnapped.
Mystery #4: Amonet, Queen of Egypt
A new exhibit is opening at the museum that will showcase the newly discovered Amonet and her sarcophagus. One night, the sarcophagus and the mummy within go missing. The police hire Clarissa to investigate and find the thief. Days pass by and the only clues are the men that are found around town naked and shriveled up like a mummy. One night Clarissa is out pondering these two mysteries when she is confronted by a beautiful woman dressed in Egyptian garb. It is Amonet, newly reborn! She knows that Clarissa poses a danger and warns her to stay away from the museum where a powerful amulet can steal the mummy's power, but she is helpless to harm a woman. Later, Clarissa tells her best friend everything that transpired when a revelation is made. Clarissa's best friend is a futa and, thus, prey for Amonet. Clarissa vows to protect her friend, but is mysteriously kidnapped with only a simple note telling her to go to the museum tonight. Clarissa makes her way to the museum after it closes to confront Amonet, the Queen of Egypt.

Clarissa has noticed that her mother has been going out late at night. Sometimes she will return early in the morning, sometimes while she's away at school. When she does she her, her mother always appears tired and stressed. Her appearance has also changed subtly to make her look...more attractive? One night, Clarissa sneaks out after her mom to find out where she is going. She is surprised to see her mother enter the local strip club. Surely this is some mistake! Clarissa manages to follow her mother inside and spends time waiting in the back as dancer after dancer performs on stage. She is somewhat relieved at her own mistake and about to leave when she sees her mother wearing a disgusting outfit. She dances for the men who hoot and holler at her while slipping bills into her private areas. When the gig is done, Clarissa witnesses her mother leaving with a gentleman towards backstage. She last sees her mother enter a private room with the man and soon the moans start. Clarissa leaves, determined to figure out why her mother would work in such a despicable place.

Elizabeth Ludendorff had a fascination with the male penis, ever since she was a teenager. That wasn't to say she was into men, she thought they were all stupid and only thought with their dicks, but that didn't stop her from studying them. In fact her doctorate was a theory about how having a penis influences a person's mind and gears it to reproduction. She was never taken seriously, but without any evidence they would always be skeptical and so she decided to experiment. It was one of the very first cases Clarissa ever worked on, when she thwarted the mad doctor Elizabeth Ludendorff plans of experimenting on women in town. The mad doctor since fled, but the entire world was looking for her. Years later, the doctor is back and is rumored to be in Rothenburg, Germany. International detectives have hired Clarissa personally to help with the investigation since she has had experience with the mad doctor, but she is unaware of a sinister plot that targets her and her accompanying friend.

It turns out the principal was behind the kidnappings and moreso, happens to be a futa who's been preying on schoolgirls. She also has a drug that has mind wiping side effects.
Bad ending: Clarissa discovers the truth, but ends up getting caught. The principal normally wears a condom to help protect her identify, but she'll make an exception just this once to force a baby upon Clarissa and put an end to her career early.

It turns out that a ghost is haunting the house. This ghost also has special abilities like possession. Feel free to have fun with this one. Possess a girl or two and have them go wild.
Bad ending: The ghost has possessed all of the girls except Clarissa. It has special plans for her untainted body. The possessed girls hold down Clarissa while the ghost has its way with her. When it is done, the ghost is able to fully possess Clarissa and use her body for the rest of her life.

The ritual could be just a soul draining for power type of deal or it could be to summon an all powerful demon. Clarissa finds the cult as they perform the ritual on her best friend, but the ritual fails yet again. Clarissa ends up getting captured and the ritual begins again, this time succeeding in summoning the demon that will either take her as some sort of dark bride, rape her soul away, or implant a demon baby in her.

Bad ending: Amonet has kidnapped Clarissa's best friend to use her as bait. The Queen will turn her captive into dust if Clarissa doesn't submit. In order to fully submit, Amonet will humiliate the two by forcing them to have sex with each other while she destroys the amulet.
Alternate bad ending: Amonet uses Clarissa's friend to regain the last bit of power she needs to perform magic. When Clarissa stumbles upon the scene, Amonet uses her magic to transform the detective into a futa, thus allowing the Queen to drain Clarissa of her life.

Bad ending: Clarissa ends up on the wrong side of the deal after a confrontation with the mob boss (who has it out for the detective for ruining some business). Like her mother, Clarissa is forced to work at the strip club and even perform favors for the gentlemen of the club.
Alternate bad ending: The mob boss keeps Clarissa as a pet to use in the most profoundly sexual ways imaginable. Her mother still whores herself around to clear an impossible debt and is sometimes forced to watch as her daughter is used.

Elizabeth Ludendorff is targeting Clarissa and whoever accompanies her for a special experiment. The doctor leads a trail of breadcrumbs for Elizabeth to follow and ends up trapping the detective. The new experiment she's been working on is a penis transfer. When Clarissa wakes up, she discovers the new appendage between her legs. Will she be able to resist the growing lust stirring up in her loins? If that wasn't enough, the doctor cataloged the entire process with pictures and made her analysis and procedures available to anyone on the internet. And if that wasn't enough, the mad doctor has one more sinister plot in mind. She's going to prove that a penis builds lust by having Clarissa fuck her best friend.
