I’m currently in the market for new RP partners to help me survive the tumultuous time where I am without a computer and therefore am deprived of RPing across the platforms of games. Thus I am otherwise finding myself in need of even more stimulation to help pass the time. With that, I’ve begun my venture into searching the forums of sites such as this for what would fit my tastes. While there are many beautifully written ads and even more so things that partially interest me, it would be unfair to say that I am fully invested in some of the other ideas that are presented.
With that, I’ve decided to lay the bait down and to see who might be willing to venture down into the rabbit hole that I’ll be presenting.
Who are you?
The first question that many are inclined to want to know of their new potential RP partner, who are they? No answer to this question is ever so simple. While I could list the facts and facets of my life, it doesn’t say who I am in the slightest. Such things are what one learns over time. Then again, I could simply state things to make me sound more appealing, that wouldn’t be quite right either.
I am an early thirties male who has been RPing for nearly 20 years. While I am otherwise easy going and tend to joke about many things, I certainly can be sarcastic and would be a self defined ‘asshole’ at times. Does this mean I’m an asshole OOC? It entirely depends on the circumstances. Many of you understand that IRL comes first and as such, my schedule can be a rather hectic one. I have a full time job and two children, so with that, I expect some semblance of understanding that I can’t always post right away. I will certainly do my damndest to post at least once a day.
What’s your availability like?
One’s availability is forever a slight determinant in when deciding which hopeful RPer you’ll be picking up from the RP Forum Pound. If schedules don’t mesh well, then chances of creating something worthwhile will certainly prove a more arduous trial. While it can be done, it’s harder to converse with your partner over potential ideas.
I am in the US in the EST time zone. I work twelve hour shifts in a day time job with a rotating schedule. What does that mean for you? If I work one day this week, then I have that day off the following week and vice versa. So my availability is more geared towards evenings and provided that work isn’t busy, I may be capable of making a few posts throughout the day.
What kind of RP are you looking for?
The most important part of perhaps this entire ad for most. I’m inclined to RP within a fantasy setting of sorts. I don’t particularly like RPing in Futuristic/Science Fiction settings, but instead enjoy the elements of when myth and fantasy meet reality. Medieval, superpowers, original fantasy world, those are all right up my alley. As long as it’s not the mundane world or the future, I am quite content.
Also, slice of life RP isn’t my particular interest. I enjoy Dark RP, where there isn’t likely to be a happy ending or where there are twists and turns that keep two lovers from ever truly finding their ‘happy ending’. Why do I enjoy such a thing? Because I like the drama and the emotion that the RP’s can spur. Plus I am quite the sadist for characters and enjoy playing villains.
Were I to string this together, it would be a Dark Fantasy/Romantic Tragedy.
Wait, you said villains?
Yes, I enjoy playing the nefarious creatures of RP’s that most are too inclined to stray from. Why be the hero when I can indulge in every dark depravity of the anti-hero or villain? I don’t enjoy playing a ‘White Knight’. It’s cliche and overly done. If you were ever to see me playing such a character, it’s safe to assume that there’s something dark and depraved hidden beneath the public visage.
So then what are your kinks?
This is a question that is quite simply both hard and easy to answer. I’m open minded and willing to indulge in most anybodies fantasy. I certainly don’t judge others fi they have something that they wish to include in a RP, but there are certain things I’m also not inclined or attracted to in the least.
I’m not a fan of futas, hermaphrodites or any other such mixed pairings. While there are many who are fans of this, it’s simply not for me. I also am not going to indulge in scat or vore, ballooning, again, not for me.
What I am fond of? The dark and depraved of course. Non-con, incest, beastiality (if it fits the plot/story), monsters, angels, demons. My absolute favorite? Gang bangs. The lover forced to watch as his loved one is taken by others, or even the love interest luring the unsuspecting female into a situation where she’s made a toy for others for his amusement? It’s delightful.
Again, elements of RP with me can become very dark at times. Maybe your character may even be manipulated into killing NPC’s? Only the plot could say.

What platforms are you looking to RP with?
Honestly, I’m particular to Discord. It allows for multiple channels, with multiple plots/stories going without having to break the flow of the RP in one channel to discuss things otherwise.
